Pretty sketchy when we received two empty bags in the mail with the exact address. Gotta love scammers.

I really do enjoy having storage rented out here at this location at CO OP City, they are clean, professional, everytime I come in with my family everyone's clean neat. Theirs never any filth, we go into our storage, do what we gotta do & return when needed.

After being a customer(never late) for 1 1/2 years at over $600/mo. I was unable to pay my monthly rent due to Covid19 financial problems. After 2 months of non payment, I was able to catch up and made full payment and became current but Stop and Stor locked me out of my unit because the current month was presently due (not late). Manager said it will remained locked until I make the current months payment.

This may or may not be illegal but certainly is immoral, shameful and only portrays what these people are like. As soon as possible, I will remove all my belongings from my storage unit and contact the attorney general for possible ramifications. I am fairly certain this essentially represents an illegal eviction. Shame on you

Ive been renting spaces at Stop n Stor for a long time.its the best, dont waste your time going somewhere else. The spaces are clean, climate control no leaks.the staff is very respectful and cordial.i wouldnt go anyplace else. very good place i gave it 5 star s

As my interactions with the actual place are a bare minimum, I will keep this Yelp on the short side. Essentially I keep a variety of items in my storage room as I live in a NYC apartment which unless you are fortunate enough to have a loft space or old factory apartment, is kind of tight and some things need to be secured away. That being said some instruments, bikes and books are tucked away in one of the Bay Ridge/Sunset Park units. Overall, it seems very easy to deal with the place and once you are at your unit its basically self service and self help.

You have to enter a code to enter the actual storage areas and one should put that in a safe place. I haven't really had any issues with the overall safety of my property but of course like many people wish that I just had the room in my living space for it all. There are obviously assorted size units depending on your needs and it seems to be a non-issue should you need to get more space since the building is rather large.

So if you are like me, then this is a solid choice for ones stuff or just have a garage sale, gifting, eBay or start donating. I need to do some of all three of those I think.

I received excellent service over the phone from Stacey at the Ditson location in Staten Island. She really broke down all my options and told me about discounts I might qualify for.

The storage facilities are immaculate, great staff and even better prices, what else could you ask for? I've been in numerous facilities throughout the years but these are by far, the best choice for my needs.

My previous fellow Yelper's have very high expectations for the customer service aspect of the Stop & Stor business. If that was the case for me I guess I would have given the business a slightly lower rating. I personally really don't give a crap if the reps smile at me or are super friendly or even give me a back rub. Why? I'm not there to shmooze with them.

I come there to drop and pick things up from my unit. That's it! The price is very reasonable for my 5X7 unit. I'm always able to borrow the cart when needed and that is all.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. They're so rude and so disrespectful in the way they talk to people. I visited at 2:30 to learn more about storage options. I left and decided 10 minutes later that I would like to rent a storage unit, so I called at about 2:40 and asked if I could immediately rent one today and move my things in (I only have two boxes.) She started yelling, "No!

No no no no, we're closed. You have to get out at four." Mind you, I was still in the car, extremely close to the place. She then transferred me to their voicemail box without explaining anything. If they closed at 4, why couldn't I bring my items in at 2:40? Do not store your items here. The staff is extremely rude and lazy. I can't believe these people get paid to avoid work.

Jim is an unpatient guy. His service is incredibly awful, better avoid him. Other stuff are nice

I'm surprise how disrespectful and rude people can be. The African employee at the front desk is rude, disrespectful, obnoxious and acts like he is the owner of the establishment. He treats customer with the most unprofessionalism service that honestly turn customers away. I was planning on renting two big units but due to his professional service I rather take it further and give them my money. This particular person should be reconsider as an employee of this place, HE IS DRIVING CUSTOMERS AWAY.

Stop and Stor has the best service and the cleanest facilities of any storage company I've ever seen. Their buildings are modern and secure. The staff is very helpful and I felt very cared for. I feel very safe and confident using them and would highly recommend them to others.

Poor service. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I chose to store things today since it was the only day they were open "late night." The site says the office closes 30mins prior (so 8:30) I showed up at 7:40, by the time they got to me it was about 7:47 and she tells me I cannot move things in and they're closing. I asked, "Don't you close at 9pm today?" The lazy white haired woman tells me "Honey I've been working for 15 hours, I gotta go home." What do I care if you worked 15 hours?

The door says you close at 9pm "Store at your convenience" yet it's not even 8pm and you refuse service. Very rude, does not give a care in the world. Terrible place, I would not recommend.

I neigther love nor hate this place. Their hours are a bit limited especially on the weekdays and they're very strict about you entering before a certain time. They certainly won't bend the rules EVER. The front desk staff tends to be rude and in my experience never does any more then they have to. If they're open till 6 and the office closes at 5:30 and you have a question or an issue at 5:31 they probably won't bother to help you at that point because their work day has ended. Nevertheless, its the closest option to my house and I neigther have the choice nor the desire to seek out more distant self storage facilities.
