This place was real nice clean the people were really friendly I like it if I had a chance to do it again I would thanks guys for being very respectful and nice

After emptying and cleaning my space a day before, I had to drive to their office on Saturday for handover because out of two people in the office non picked up the phone. Nice place, terrible service.

Mr David and Mrs Jenny are wonderful. Great customer service and are very kind.

I love the fact that it's gated and video cameras available. It's very clean and organized LOVE it!

The staff is always pleasant and helpful. I always feel that my unit is safe and l never have to worry about flooding.

This is the second time I've had issue with this place. The first time the manager said he would turn my vehicle in the next day due me not being able to return vehicle online. The manager never did and I was charged day. Had I not called the 800 number to report the night prior I probably never wouldn't gotten my refund. Now I'm returning a vehicle to the same place and the David won't accept the vehicle nor will he call someone.

So he rejected the uhaul truck and the customer service representative is confused as to why he won't take it. This place needs to lose there business with uhaul and remain a storage facility only. Disgusting.

We are very upset with your service as firstly you were informed us that space is available and I gave your location to my driver, evenly as per your recommendation, we reserve the 2 parking Space for 12X35 then you told us that no space for a trailer. However, my driver covered 50-60 miles to drop the trailer at your location but you guys refused to drop that trailer, when driver almost reached at your entrance gate which is very disappointing at this point.

I would like to say that Ms Coleman is a awesome lady to work with alone with Mr Dennis, they were great to work with, both person were, great overall, I highly recommend doing business with the both of them, and this is a great place to store your things, please go by and visit with the both of these great people, my name is Rodney Jackson and I've rented storage units at this location for many years in the past and I will continue to do business with them

Every phase of 1st speaking to Terrance & Crystal over the phone and finally meeting Crystal in person was a most awesome experience! They assisted me at every facet and were courteous all the way. I highly recommend Access Self Storage. Having 24 hour security was icing on the cake! Thank you!
