I wish I could give zero stars- we hired Dumbo for packing and moving services. First of all they gave me (a woman) and my husband (a man) very different quotes, despite us entering all of the same information for a quote online. But we moved forward the the much better quote they gave my husband and today was move day. To start the move, they did not send any of the packing materials or inform the movers that they were supposed to pack out items. An hour later they came back with different materials (cardboard boxes vs reusable bins) than promised but began packing.

To our surprise, around 2 and a half hours later they informed us they couldn't fit everything into the truck they provided. You'd think- not an issue, the place we are moving is 15 minutes away, they can just come back for it. However we had to call the main office for approval for this seemingly simple request. It was refused. Now we are stuck with no bed, no dresser or clothing and have 2/3 of our items in one apartment and the rest left in another that we are required to vacate.

They continue to refuse to come back and get the rest of our belongings and claim they cannot do so for over 4 days. They also refused any kind of reimbursement for leaving us in this situation. I hope that Dumbo resolves this today- please do not use them unless you don't actually want to move!

My movers Nikola and Danilo went above and beyond to make my move as easy as possible. They were quick and took great care of my stuff. If you are looking for great movers that will treat your stuff like it's their own then ask for truck #130!

Quote was affordable and the service was prompt. I changed my moving date multiple times because of some issues and the team was very accommodating about it. The movers were polite and nice. Job was done quick and efficiently.

In response to my initial review, Dumbo Moving refunded a significant portion of their fee, which was appreciated and put the expense of this move into a much more reasonable category. I have increased my rating to three stars to reflect this as well.

Never ever use this company. The sales rep promised me before the pickup date that the time would be 1:00 (even said movers could get there at 12:30). Then, the move-in date came and they told Me that the movers were too busy with other locations and switched the pickup time (4x) until they finally came at 4:45. The sales rep offered no apology or compensation.

In NYC, this was a disaster since most freight elevators close at 6:00 PM. Fortunately, the movers moved quickly and my new building was accommodating allowing me to use the moving company until 8:00 PM. However, I would strongly be against anyone using this company. Terrible communication and customer service.

The movers were on time and showed consideration for the safety of my belongings. However, there could have been less noise when unloading the furniture in the apartment. In addition, my dining table suffered obvious abrasions. They could have been more careful when handling my furniture. Furthermore, the scheduling was inconsistent that included last-minute changes.

When packing, the mattress cover did not look clean. The claim process seemed convoluted. Overall, some of their actions showed lack of respect and sincerity. The service could have been better to be worth the price.

Moving is already stressful without someone trying to bully you into giving them a bigger tip. the moving guys arrived and instead of checking where they are getting the items from the first thing he told me was that they need a 20% tip then when we arrive to the new location they told me I needed to pay more because it was farther then they expected. they were very rude and very uncomfortable. i was with my guy friend and lucky enough I was not alone and it still was scary situation. they will try to get money from and they they didn't end up assembling back the items.

I was skeptical about hiring a moving company and I was really considering getting one of those containers from a company which takes it from point A to point B, however you have to find someone to load it unless you can do it yourself but in my case it wasn't an option. Then, a friend recommended this company and because of a very bad experience I had in the past with a moving company I didn't want to hire one. However, I finally and after giving it some thought I went with Dumbo based on my friend experience.

Well to make a long story short, everything started fine. The guys who came to pick up my items were very good and quick, so I was very optimistic, then a couple of days after pick up my belongings were en route from NY to FL. I was able to track the truck and everything seemed to be going smoothly, only a week later my things were being dropped off. But, this is where things took a turn for the worst.

First of all, Dumbo says they'll disassemble and reassemble the items you tell them to but not in my case, I had two children beds which I needed assembled because obviously my 2 and 4 year old had to have a bed to sleep in but the people who did the drop off didn't assemble the beds and to make matters worse, they lost the screws so I was left with two beds without screws and in pieces! Also, they broke a mirror and an entire box of glasses that said fragile all over, my grill was broken missing wheels/legs with the door broken, in other words a mess! Finally, I contact them via email to tell them what's going on and the representative replies that I had purchased insurance (this as per the US Department of Transportation is not required but Dumbo will basically force you to get moving insurance) and that they were not responsible (mind you the reply came a few days after my email but when their moving guys left their drill at my house they called me non stop and sent me numerous text messages saying they needed their tools when it was their fault for leaving it but that's fine).

On the other, the insurance I bought was only for the items that I thought were more important because the policies are very expensive and I was quoted for around $1,000 to cover mostly shoes and clothes, so I told the Dumbo representative this because they get a copy of the policy and I also pointed out that even the Dumbo moving contract says they cover $0.60/lb of valuables as per the DOT yet they are not following their own policy! Ridiculous! Lastly, I want to say that before you consider them do your research, read reviews, get estimates from other more recognized companies and if you do decide to go with Dumbo moving: Good luck!

Moving day is always stressful, so I'm trying hard not to be over dramatic. My husband and I have been married for seven years and have moved six times. We have had the same furniture for most of it and this has been far the worst experience. The morning started by the movers showing up two hours early, while we were still in bed. The truck they brought was too small.

They prioritized boxes over our major pieces of furniture. Not everything fit and major pieces that were on our list are now still at our apartment and we have to higher new movers and a new truck to get them out before our lease is up. In order for Dumbo to finish their job the next day, they were going to charge us an additional $1,000. They did not properly wrap our white Pottery Barn couch and proceeded to drag it through the dirt, so that's forever ruined.

They also scratched one of our metal beds and left half of the shelving unit at the apartment and brought the other half to the house. They were in a rush for their next job and did not reassemble the beds. They didn't place furniture and boxes where we asked them to, so we have a lot of moving around within the house to do. Being 26 weeks pregnant, that's going to be very difficult. As much as I want this very stressful day to be over, it will now be carrying into tomorrow and the rest of the weekend.

Please do not use this company. I understand the price might seem attractive at first but that is a SCAM. I spoke to my rep over 10 times to confirm all the items in my apartment. When the movers came, they immediately started complaining that the job was too big and they would not be able to make it to their second job of the day. Next, because we had a glass coffee table, they had us speak to the manager who told us we needed to pay an additional ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS to properly wrap the glass table.

They threatened to cancel our entire move if we did not comply. After some pleading, we did agree to pay and the only extra wrapping that was done was a small piece of cardboard over the glass table top. Once they finally brought the items to our house, they broke a closet hanging rack by slamming my hanging clothes on the rack. They also proceeded to scratch our hardwood floors in multiple places. Again, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

These guys are great. They were sharp on time, professional and made it all work for us with our household items & studio equipment. They were patient (we were anxious) with us in this process. Our 3rd time using Dumbo. We've used them in the metro area and this time for a cross country move. They even helped coordinate auto transport. No 3rd party brokering, so the value is on point. We hired Dumbo moving and storage to move furniture from our home in Westchester, NY to a local storage unit at a very competitive price. Dusan Jelic (Van 68), our assigned mover, was timely, courteous and very professional. He worked efficiently but carefully, and the transportation of our items to the storage unit was seamless. Dusan went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with all aspects of the move.

He took photographs and kept us updated regularly. I highly recommend this moving company, and if you are lucky to get Dusan you will be guaranteed an amazing moving experience!

I've moved many times in my life, and this was not the most pleasant. I will say, the team works quickly and were very friendly. BUT. I have a tv that I have owned for a few years now, and it has gone through a few moves, been protected perfectly fine, and has been in great condition. Until now. I paid an additional fee for a tv box that would fit my 75 comfortably and securely.

When they arrived, the tv box was not the correct size, so they stood the tv on its side in the box with minimal protection. Now, a few days after my move, I go to set up my tv and the entire left side of the screen is yellow/dead. This TV cost me ~$3,500. Their compensation? $100. Absolutely unacceptable. Will not be recommending this service to any of my network.

My friend was asking for referrals to moving companies and reminded me of the awful experience I had. If you get the wrong mover, They will Jack up your price last minute and break your stuff. This mover in particular that day was being completely rude and short and disrespectful the entire time and I was patient with him but frustrated. Then, he had destroyed a dresser of mine and suddenly he's telling me about what a bad day he's having and essentially dishing out all the info for sympathy for him. Shame! Embarrassing!

That was the most stressful and expensive time of my life Jay, the salesman made it seem like they were the solution with locked in rates. Jay, you mean well and your initial conversation made me feel confident. The movers you sent screwed it up. I never leave negative reviews, but you need to train your people. I nor anyone in my network will use dumbo movers again.

I used Dumbo to move from my house to my apartment and couldn't be happier with my experience. I have never moved out of a house before so I wasn't sure how difficult it was going to be. Armin, Richy, and Angel were my movers and they made it very easy. When I gave the dispatcher my initial amount of items I estimated and was given a very low quote.

When they get to your home and start putting your things on the truck you start to realize how many things you actually missed. They offer the option to add items as they are packing which is great (at a cost of course but the price was reasonable). All said and done, I filled their 2,000 cubic truck to the brim and their price was roughly 2200 without tip.

I had an 80 inch tv, two bedroom sets, a living room set, about 50 totes and 50 boxes, and plenty of other miscellaneous items. I considered their price very reasonable considering the quantity of items I had to move and the amount of time these guys put in. They dissembled all of my furniture, covered it carefully, moved it safely, and reassemble

I had a STRESS FREE and smooth move with Dumbo moving. They moved my things from my apartment to my storage. I had 3 guys (truck 52) and they communicated with me the whole time and they didn't stress me out at all. They were efficient, reliable, quick and nice. This is my second time using Dumbo Moving and Walter was the one I booked with. He had great communication skills and made me feel secure in the service I was paying for. I would recommend using them for your moving purposes. Ask for Walter to set you up and Truck 52. My move took 3 hours and 39min in total. Great timing!

I was moving on a Thursday from a one bedroom with a lot of things, they sent a van not a truck. The following day because only 1/3 of my moving was done they promised to send a truck, they sent the same van! They finally sent a truck two hours into my second day of moving and in addition they charged me an extra 325 dollars. In addition when the move was finished the team leader of the 4 movers told me he would increase my moving cost considerably unless I tipped the movers a total of an additional 400 in cash. That is called extortion. They also broke an antique mirror. It made an already stressful event more miserable. Do Not Hire Them!

These guys are the real deal movers. You cannot beat their price point, and the quality of work they do for the price they charge is unbeatable. The two gentlemen took such great care of all my furniture. They were quick, used a lot of precaution, and had immense attention to detail with every item they moved. They have excellent communication, no hidden fees, and went above and beyond on a moving day. Not one thing was damaged. They handled everything like it was priceless. The owner always kept in contact, and I am very grateful.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. My Significant Other contacted D.M.S. to pick up a Baby Grand Piano. He reserved the pick up time for 8:30-9:30 am. Sasha booked the appointment. Sasha told him to PAY $750 upfront to reserve the pickup. He paid the fee. However, my S.O. received a text message from D.M.S. confirming a time he didn't reserve. We called the company about this discrepancy.

The two men who we spoke to had the audacity to say " this is the pick up time we have available ". How dare they tell us the time they will pick up the Piano! He paid for a reserved time and PAID! The 2 men who we spoke to; didn't apologize for the discrepancy. They put the blame on my S.O. We called twice. One man had us on hold for a long time and hung up on us.

The second man did the same. In total, we were on hold for almost 1 hour! He contacted the bank for a refund. But the charge was pending. So, he couldn't get a refund. He had to wait until the service was render and the charge was posted. We called D.M.S. 3 times. The third time, ALAN B. answered the call. Alan was PROFESSIONAL and UNDERSTANDING. ALAN acknowledged Sasha made a mistake and immediately proceeded to refund my S.O. money. If you do business with this company. Ask for ALAN B, he seems to be the only COMPETENT person!

Dumbo Moving made our move a very easy, stress-free day. They provided us with lots of boxes, some medium and large, I found I was a couple short so I gave them a call and a few more were brought along on the day for the last bits and pieces. Kellen was especially efficient and helpful. They arrived on time and had all our belongings in the back of the lorry very quickly and safely. When we arrived at our new address everything was unpacked and put in all the correct rooms. We have already recommended Dumbo Moving to friends of ours.

The review accolades for Dumbo Moving are well deserved. A special commendation to the crew which arrived on time, did a great job packing, and delivered top-notch professional services. Although we had a small window of opportunity at the loading dock, they worked with us to make it happen. Downsizing from 3,500 to 700 square feet was a hard job, but they made it look easy delivering our precious and now few possessions intact and with amazing customer service. Extremely pleased!

Dumbo Movers, 15 North Oxford Street, Brooklyn, NY. This was my first experience with this company. I forgot how nervous I was the night before. The office did make me comfortable when I hired them. But not knowing someone takes a toll on the nerves. They reassured me that I had made the right decision by sending two of the nicest guys that made me smile and eased.

Dumbo Moving was recommended to me. I was extremely happy with the service. Youba and crew truck #36 could not have been more courteous and professional. Youba had great attention to detail, explained the process in detail and made me so relaxed in a normally stressful situation. My experience with Dumbo moving was good. My initial communication with them was great and professional. The movers were great, quick, efficient and super friendly. The only thing about this company that I didnt like was when I called back to add small items to the initial list, they tried to charge me more than the items were worth. However, I removed them from the list again and decided to go for the original price.

Make sure all your items are listed from the first call and negotiate with them then. Otherwise they'll charge a lot More when you try to add items. Also, the office reps were not so polite like they were on the first call. All in all, I would say it was a good experience.

I had a great experience. The movers were very professional and quick. They made my moving day very smooth and hassle-free! Additionally, leading up to the move, Danny was very helpful and communicative and that really made me feel confident. I also opted to rent moving bins which made packing a lot easier and quicker. I was initially were frustrated when I was looking for good, reliable movers, but now I'm in the position of suggesting them to others. I had a great experience with Dumbo Moving and Storage NYCand I know that it can be hard to trust anyone, but these guys are absolutely amazing. On first contact, I was received very warmly and all my queries were answered very well. That is how I decided to stick with them. They proved me right and the crew itself felt like family, all working to achieve a common goal. Definitely worth trying!

Team/truck 20 did great work. They were fast, dilegent and made sure that everything was secure so that nothing was damaged. They brought all of the boxes and furniture down from the 3rd floor of an apartment building, packed the truck, drove 40 minutes, unpacked everything and put the items where we wanted them. Aside from the driving it took them 1.5 hours to collect and drop off everything.

Dumbo movers were my favorite go to movers for the past 12 years, and all of my family friends used them too based on my referral! However, their service has gone down tremendously and sadly I do plan to use them again. Either way, when you call the company, they patch you through to the same or most recent sales rep who worked with you in the recent past.

I told them that I did not want to work with this particular rep based on his abrasive communication style, but they said there was no other option. There are always other options.like a different moving company, as others have recommended. The "rep" called me and left a message that he was going to tell the crew to leave my belonging on a street corner since he could not reach me while I was driving on the highway and my phone is set to do not disturb.

The AUDACITY! I have used this company at least a dozen times for local, out of state and cross country moves, and this is how they treat a returning loyal customer? The managers are rational, but rely on the words of the movers instead of the customers regarding accurate inventory. If you choose to work with DUMBO, please ask to speak directly to a manager to schedule your move.

We are moving from NY to CA. Reading the reviews makes me worried that items will be lost or damaged during the move. In fact, the experience is totally out of expectation. The total transportation time took about 10 days. We are moving a 1b1b, including a piano. The movers are super professional. it took about 3 hours to pack and load at departure and about 2 hours to unload at destination.

I am so happy that every items is there. Even our hand crafted mini house is as good as it was in NY. The only thing damaged is a desk table top (from IKEA). It is probably that the leg of another standing desk hit the table top of the damaged one when on the way. I would recommend that provide a detailed list of your items and self pack everything in boxes beforehand. So that when the movers arrive, it will move fast to load everything and pack only the large furnitures.

Please don't use them. Trust the 1-star reviews! * Seeing as I passed over so many of these reviews I want to echo what so many have said. I had a horrible experience with Dumbo Movers. One of the movers was not in my apartment for more than 2 minutes before he insisted I "take care of them". He then asked me to Venmo him for a mandatory $395 tip + for several imaginary charges.

I told him to call the company and this seemed to have set him off. He starts yelling and cursing in my hallway to his partner. Terrible experience and it made a long-distance move more stressful than it really needed to be. One of the movers Giorgi was excellent and a great contrast to his partner. He was friendly, efficient and did not try to take advantage of me during the move. Unfortunately, it really didn't make up for his problematic partner. Find another moving company. I won't recommend Dumbo Moving to a soul and I definitely won't use them again.

I hired them to help unload a truck. These movers threw my stuff around like garbage and dragged my furniture around - ripped my mattress and got it dirty, and dinged up a bunch of my stuff. Then they tried charging me another $250 (which was half of what I paid in the first place) because one of the sofas needed to be taken up the stairs and a desk needed the legs unscrewed. This was all well within the three hours I hired them for. Left me out to dry when I refused to pay them extra. You're way better off working with a Taskrabbit.

Our family relocation from FL last month went as smoothly as I could have imagined. The pickup crew was great and the delivery crew was just as good. The price quoted was pretty close to the final amount (I required some packing service) overall I give Dumbo Moving and Storage 5 stars for a straight forward honest reliable and efficient business model. I will definitely recommend them to everyone who needs to move.

Dumbo moving! What an amazingly reliable company. The team who moved me was professional, kind and patient. They were very flexible with their time. I was still packing when they arrived. They worked around me and helped with packing the final few boxes. The move-in was good and efficient as well. Nothing was broken or damaged. Terrific job!

Hello, Dumbo Moving and Storage was brilliant to work with. All my furniture was just taped up well. Those great guys working and trying to charge less than they should. This company really helped me! Whenever I plan on moving again I will definitely contact them. No complaints. They were very attentive and took care of my items. I've never felt so comfortable and confident about a moving company before. I recommend to any and everybody!

Choose another company! I had a very bad experience. After giving a detailed list of a relatively small amount of items and short distance move, my quoted price suddenly became $300+ more expensive days before move. And, besides the deposit, they demand payment in full before the moving day (badgering for payment). Moving vehicle was a van and items had to be lifted in and out. Witnesses saw as a box fell off truck to the street which shattered the costly statuary inside.

When trying to file a claim, they say 'you only opted for basic coverage.' Sneakily, they then ask weight of items damaged. because they come back and offer less than $1 per pound (falling short of any kind of proper reparation). During quote process, they demand details, updates, pics, etc.; but, never a mention of insurance. It made a stressful situation even more unpleasant. Their practices are shifty and I do not recommend them as a business.

They were awesome! Our point person Oscar was incredible. Answered all our questions before and during the move. The movers themselves blew my mind. They carefully wrapped items and moved boxes with care. We moved our house to storage unit. We WILL be using Dumbo again when we move from storage to our next home. Highly recommend

Dumbo Moving came highly recommended through Google Maps, and also via a friend, so I took a $2k+ chance ($1k move out, a few hundred in storage costs, and $1k delivery) because I needed a company I could trust. I had my things moved out and into their temporary storage, and then yesterday I had the things delivered to my new apartment and this is how they were delivered. The office has worked hard to offer reparations for the crushed boxes, so: 4 stars for the office, 2 stars for the hit or miss actual movers.

Was referred to Dumbo by friends and our building doorman and it was my worst moving experience. I've moved cross country and many times within NYC. You have multiple options of choosing movers in NYC - please read the reviews and choose wisely. IT TOOK 12 HOURS to move a 1BR apartment which they classify as a "small move" and the movers ruined, lost and broke multiple pieces of furniture.

My wife cried during the process as we felt helpless as more and more furniture coming into the new apartment was lost or damaged. It's almost as if the company knows they will screw up so it's a cost built in to your quote and they obviously don't care because they want to move on to the next customer. This is 2021 and more companies should be accountable for the way they treat their workers and customers.

You have many choices when you live in NY, read the reviews and pick a moving company that will do a good job and is held accountable. I will NEVER use Dumbo again or refer anyone to this company.

DO NOT USE. The worst movers we have ever used. Most of our items were damaged beyond repair and 2 boxes containing over $6k in purses and jewelry were lost. The list of thing a they broke: Our bed Dresser Chair Couches were stained with a black tar Bar cart Peloton bike 2 lamps 1 large TV Office desk and chair Mattress and moving boxes also covered in tar They did to be fair offer some money but it did not make up for the over $25k in losses. There's a reason these guys are cheaper than other services. Save your time and go with someone else. It will be cheaper in the long run

Horrendous. Movers arrive and tell me that there's a fee to be parked within 75 feet of my front door. No problem. But they want it in cash as a tip. What? So I go to the bank and give them a generous tip- 500 dollars. And here's the great part, during transit; they lose some of furniture items. What!? Forget about filing a claim. They offered me a 100 discount on my move. What? They lost my stuff. Thieves. Never, and my mean never book this company. I've made many moves and have never seen this before.

I moved from NYC to Florida and I had a fantastic experience working with Dumbo Moving from start to finish. Everyone was professional and communicated well. I especially liked the link they provided that tracks the van for delivery. They picked up my stuff Thursday afternoon and I received it the following Tuesday morning! I didn't feel like it was overpriced (I made sure to provide exact measurements and inventory) and I wasn't charged for anything extra at the time of pick up or delivery.

All of my stuff returned to me intact and was quickly assembled by the delivery guys too. I would recommend them to anyone needing moving services! Thanks again, Dumbo. Edit : Added a picture of the truck that arrived! I also wanted to add that I packed up all of my things myself. I noticed some folks had issues with that service so I would recommend packing up as many of your valuable/treasured items yourself. The guys only wrapped up the furniture and packed our TVs in TV boxes I provided to them.

DO NOT USE! Second time using this company. First move was ok, not amazing. I figured all movers were bad so my first move was as good as it would get. I decided to use them again for my current move (my second move). They not only up charged me for absurd things (I.e. queen bed having a headboard) but the movers are taking breaks to sit and smoke outside for 15mins+.

The move is not even hard. It's just a furniture-only move of a Studio apartment (meaning no boxes, only furniture)! We are on hour 4 and they still haven't moved 50% of the items. Movers also smelled terrible. I am a positive person, but this situation is truly just terrible! Please do not make the same mistake I made! Go with someone else for moving! I hear that "Piece of Cake Moving" Company is good - wish I knew that sooner. Dumbo is awful!

Don't use them unless you are only moving college dorm furniture that you don't care gets broken. And you are ready for your move to take absolutely forever. I used them to move from my two-bedroom in Brooklyn. It was a second-floor walk-up, which I had made clear ahead of time, and they only sent two people to do the move. With only two people and no elevator, it took absolutely forever for them just to get everything out of the apartment and into the truck.

Then it took forever again to unload everything on the other side. Make sure they send three people if you're moving anything bigger than a studio, and especially if you don't have an elevator. And during the process of the move, they broke or damaged the following (pictures attached): -TV -Dining table -Side buffet table -Bedroom end table -Office table Don't use them if you don't want your things to get broken.

The company was recommended by our friend who noted that they damaged some of their furniture but were very respectful. I thought to myself "Okay, things break when people move, but at least it's an honest company." That, however, was not our experience. They were rude, unprofessional, and insulted my mother over email. During the move, they said they would call us 30 min before they arrived at our apartment, we didn't hear from them until they were outside the door at 7am.

We stayed out of their way as much as possible, letting them work and trying to not get in their way. When they loaded up our boxes we even went to the lobby to give them space. They sent us pictures of the box spring which was broken - great - good to know. When we got to the new apartment, we let them set up in each room and would rotate out since our bedrooms our so small.

They started in the first bedroom and the fact of the matter is that before they put up the bed, there were no scratches on the floor. When they finished the bed, we noticed not all the legs had been installed appropriately (as we sent them pictures of). They also did not unpack or install the risers the bed was resting on in the 9E apartment. We lifted the mattress to fix the bed frame and install the risers when we saw the scratches.

We emailed the company and they said we were lying and that the box spring was already broken and that they let us know. They did let us know about the box spring but we were talking about the scratches on the floor. Anthony Callazo, the claims manager, sends us an email without his name, calling my mother pretentious, justifying the box spring damage, noting we watched the movers set up the bed, and then claiming that we did the damage ourselves - I attached a photo of our email exchange. Do not recommend!

Update: I received an email from the claims Manager (See photo) apologizing and mentioned that I would be refunded the $300 tip that was demanded forcibly to give their unprofessional movers. A week later, I received my refund. The day I wrote my Yelp review on this company, I received a Yelp message from the owner saying that he would refund me for the inconvenience and asked for a reference number.

That was a mistake! Once I gave the owner my reference number, I received a call later that night around 10 pm from another one of the Managers, who called to first apologize for the inconvenience that was caused, told me that the crew was fired, but then requested that I remove my review. I told him I'll think about updating my review once I get my refund.

But I will not remove it completely, as it is my legal right to express my opinions and share my experiences with other Yelpers. A day or two had gone by and I received another call from the company. This time I did not pick up. When I did not pick up the I received another email, this time from the sales rep asking me to remove my review because it effects his job negatively.

That I did not understand because I did not mention his name on here once. Regardless I am updating this review because I received my refund and the communication that I had had with my sales manager for weeks prior to the move was great. He was professional, polite and understanding, and I don't want my negative review of the movers and the management of this company to affect his job.
