The Ace story begins in Rochester, Minnesota when John U. Steiner purchased a 1946 Ford truck. The truck was first used to haul corn to the Twin Cities and apples from Bayfield, Wisconsin to Rochester.

0 Star Much like several others who have commented on their experience. this experience began with a great crew, despite showing up with 3 to pack, which we had informed during the quote process we would handle. Then 2 of the 4 loaders no-showed so it took much longer than anticipated to compete the job with the 1 loader and truck driver/supervisor doing the rest.
That was 6/22. Today is 7/11 and after advising us we'd have our belongings arriving to Atlanta between 6/25 - 7/1, we heard crickets. When we followed up for updates on 6/30 we got told truck hadn't left Wisconsin yet . Now we are told the truck has been in Atlanta for almost a week and we have yet to hear anything from Ace on when they will actually deliver the truck to us.
Keep in mind we have been living without any of our essentials we need and have a toddler as well. All the information we have received has been by our own doing and calling. Ace has given us ZERO updates through the process but they were quick to cut the invoice on right away and let us know how we could pay them.seem logical to pay for an incomplete job without any of the tens of thousands of dollars worth of our life they have in their possession. HEED THE WARNING OF THIS UNFINISHED EXPERIENCE AND MANY OTHERS AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS GROUP.

We have used Ace several times, local moves and corporate out of state moves, have NEVER had a single item damaged (and we're talking 7-10 rooms of furniture) very professional, quick and very hard workers, would never trust another company Services: Oversized-item moving, In-state moving, Vehicle transport, Moving-related packing, Interstate moving, Local moving, Furniture assembly

I have had a few moves in the past few years and Ace Worldwide has been by far the best. They were responsive and accommodating from the moment I reached out to them. Customer service was friendly and communicative. The movers were punctual, careful, respectful, and efficient. We had a few stops to make and they really shined when we unexpectedly at some boxes that were not packed well. They secured everything and stayed within the projected estimate. I will definitely be using Ace Worldwide for all my moving needs.

Ace world wide was very professional, efficient, and took care in packing fragile valuable items. Time is money in the moving world, and the team we had worked hard to be timely yet did not get sloppy in the move. I highly recommend this company as a premier moving service. We also chose to store some of our furniture in their long term facility, because they are cost effective and we trust that they will take great care of our belongings in storage.

I worked with Ace worldwide on three moves between Oct. 2014- March 2017, with a complicated last move that involved moving items at three different locations into one house. They provided and exceptional experience from start to finish each time. The movers were friendly, courteous and hard working. They were diligent in wrapping furniture for protection in transition and patient arranging it at the final stop.
The home office was pleasant to work while coordinating the moving day agenda to closing up the transaction the day after the move. We will only work with Ace going forward for our moves, we are clients for life.

We are totally satisfied with the service we received from Ace World Wide Elite Relocation Services! We were told pricing upfront. They answered all our questions during the whole process, from packing to delivering. When we wanted to save some money by packing many things on our own they promptly delivered all the boxes and packing material we requested.
We always had a name of a person and a phone number to reach with any questions we had. We had an answer to all of our questions. We were told about each step of the move in advance so there were no surprises. Everyone was very polite and professional. They really were detailed in making sure everything we asked them to pack was packed to our satisfaction.
On the other end they made sure we went over the list and were satisfied that we had received all that they packed in good order. The customer service was excellent all along the way. I would also like to add that our final bill came in lower after we removed some heavy items. We were glad to see that they weighed our goods and changed the quoted price. Highly recommend, we would use them again in a heart beat!

We moved during the winter and just had a baby. We needed help to get the move done fast. Best money spent. We moved from one small town to a bigger city in northern Illinois 35 miles apart. The move was fast and our belongings were very well taken care of! If we ever move we will definitely hire them again!

Had a client purchase a car from our dealership what lived a few states away and needed it shipped. There was great communication all the way and the whole process was very efficient and professional. Ace Worldwide was professional from the first phone call to the truck pulling away from our new home. Our move was not a typical, simple move and required multiple trips and drop off points. The moving crew was clean, fast and incredibly courteous. They were careful with our possessions and thoughtful of our family and the neighborhood surroundings as they loaded and unloaded.
The sales process was seamless, from a video conference and simple emailed quote sheet to issuing the final invoice. The costs were as expected and very reasonable. Again, the sales and customer service team was thoughtful, communicating several times throughout the days leading up to, and on move day itself. I would highly recommend this organization, as everyone I worked with was helpful and professional.
