Just called in for a quote. The operator sounded like she is "bothered" answering the phone. Then I was asked if I am already an established customer. I am not, but I have a larger shipment to move locally. I was told that they are not doing business for not already established customers. Well, I now know who not to call, when I have freight to be moved. I would like to give a minus 13 star rating.
