Words cant describe what an amazing experience me and my wife had with Avi Moving. They were super accommodating from A-Z and took all the stress out from the whole moving process. 10/10, already recommended them to our close family and friends.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Do not trust these movers. They seemed very nice at first, but they lost/ruined two boxes of belongings in storage, said they would reimburse me when I purchased replacements, I sent them all of my receipts as asked, and then they simply stopped replying to my many emails. It's been a terrible experience.

This was THE ABSOLUTE WORST moving company I have ever dealt with in my entire life! My husband was a victim of a crime and this company was used to move us to a new location. The workers seemed nice but you can tell they were not professional. They damaged our 2 televisions which one of them they dropped in front of me. I was nice about it and told them not to worry that the padding may have protected it.

We fed them, gave them a nice tip and they even rode our electric bikes up and down the street (didn't ask if they could do that) and I said nothing. A week later we are setting up both tvs and none of them worked even though they worked perfectly fine the day before the move. It has taken 8 months trying to contact then and filling out the damage items report only to hear the owner Derek say that his workers denied that they ever dropped the tvs so they were not refunding the damaged tvs.

We had to buy new ones and they assumed no responsibility. This company is great if you want ghetto bottom of the barrel movers but I would avoid them like the plague! They are the worst!

These guys are the Real deal, I highly recommend using them. after using about 5 different moving company's I will always be sticking with avi and his crew. no headaches, no mess-ups. they'll treat it just like their own. Services: Moving-related packing, Interstate moving, In-state moving

Avi and his crew did a marvellous job at my house. They protected my furniture and transported fragile boxes carefully. Seven months later they brought back my stuff just the way I gave to them. They helped me organize my furniture neatly. Avi is also able to re-assemble my bookcase. They know what they are doing for sure! Professional and courteous.

Best moving company! They have moved me 5 different times, and everything has always come out perfect. We have lots of delicate items that always arrive packed perfecty and in tact. Request Avi to do your move, he is THE BEST

Let me write a realistic review about this company. 1. They negotiated a reasonable price. The guy who gave us the estimate seemed friendly (stoic but friendly enough). 2. After moving from one apartment to another at a distance of about 1 1/2 miles they wouldn't take things off the truck until I gave the movers a huge tip for the movers. There were three guys and they wanted $500.00.

My wife was pregnant at the time and they had no problems hassling and bullying us about the tip. I almost called the police but decided to pay. 4. Unusually large amount of things were broken. If it was porcelain or ceramics (including family heirlooms) it was damaged. If it was wood it was dented. When we mentioned this to them they didn't give us the time of day. We couldn't of had a worse experience. Correction for some reason Yelp says my location is San Francisco Calif. I'm actually in Kew Gardens Queens (New York).

The worst moving company lost photos of family I will never get back they were not suppose to touch what I was taking they are very unprofessional the worst. Believe Me

I didn't even make it past the price quote phase (trying to move from Brooklyn to Long Island. The girl on the phone was talking to her boss (in the room?), and relayed to me that her boss said "too much driving" and she referred me to another moving company instead. Does this company only service Queens?

Thank God for these guys! I had to move my items into storage a.s.a.p. As soon as I called them for a quote, they were beyond helpful. They were even able to refer me to a great storage company. I have to be honest. At first, I was frantic, but their staff were really professional. Apparently, they've dealt with many client in this type of emergency before because they were able to help calm me down LOL The moving crew they sent me were so friendly and easy to work with.

I can't describe how grateful I am to everyone at this company. They helped me out on such short-notice and were able to make my emergency move hassle free. I'll definitely be using these guys again when I have to move out of storage, and I've been recommending them to everyone since my move. A+ Movers!

I want to remove one star for not accepting credit cards, but everything went so well I can't do it. We used them twice now.
