Reading this company's negative reviews yesterday gave me quite a scare, but I was pleasantly surprised to find they delivered to our Austin home at 7:16AM this morning a package shipped yesterday from the DFW area, right at the front door. Although they do not answer phone calls at their listed phone number (subtracting one star, because they should), the tracking information on their web site is accurate and timely. I wonder if others with positive experience are simply silent.

If I could I'd rate them 0 stars. My package never arrived as LSO had lost it, and tracking NEVER updated for more than 2+ weeks even after I had emailed them to ask about it. Took 'em another week to get back to me but thankfully the business I had purchased from had already offered me my refund. If I could've I would've specified they ship it via USPS or even FedEx or UPS but I couldn't.

So now I'm just waiting on my refund and upset that I'm never gonna get my package. TLDR: Lone Star Overnight is HORRIBLE and from what I've seen, doesn't deliver for squat. My sister and dad have had the same problems, too.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Had a package shipped to me overnight. It never showed up the day it was promised and just shy of a week later we are still waiting for answers and the package. Company claims delivery was attempted FOUR TIMES. I have been home and we have nothing hindering a delivery. Here is a picture of our street and the flower bed I was working in when they say they attempted a delivery yesterday. I'd include a picture of the package but I'm pretty sure it's a goner at this point. Do NOT use this company. Stay far away!

This carrier service is absolutely horrible! They should not be used for business nor personal entities! I placed a order with an online store on 1-29-22. My expected delivery date was 2-5-22. To this day, I have not received my package. I have tried reaching out multiple times to receive some sort of update. They never got in touch with me. Come to find out, my order was lost while in transit with LSO shipping service.

The online store I placed the order with was the one to notify me of this occurrence. LSO (the one who was at fault) did not even have the audacity to notify me. Luckily, the online store was very helpful and offered to reship my order. LSO is trash! They make company's look bad for faults on their end.

I received an email this morning, Friday 02/25/2022 at 9:00am that my package was out for delivery at 2:41pm. And then that it was delivered at 3:41pm. As i am writing this, it's currently 12:11pm. how was my package delivered at a future time? Worst Shipping Company ever! Have tried calling the customer service line. i guess they got tired of dealing with complaints because it says they are unable to answer calls. Sent an email. Hopefully i get a response. Sad, I don't think i am going to get this shipment. The company I ordered with says I have to wait until Monday for them to help, even though it is already showing delivered.

Writing this while on hold for the second time today. LSO has "been unable to access" my apartment twice. I sent them the gate code last week after the first failed delivery but all other carriers have been able to access our apartment no problem. I was told that their driver didn't perform as expected (after two "unable to access" deliveries I agree) and a supervisor would contact me within 2 hours. 3 hours later and no response.

If you are a shipping manager for one of the many companies that use LSO please take your business elsewhere. They provide horrible customer experience which reflects on your brand. (Looking at you REI in this case)

The WORST. Read all the reviews. Why large companies such as Summit Racing use these guys is beyond me. I order a lot from Summit, usually receiving my package the next day (Arlington TX, to Austin TX) shipped via UPS. For whatever reason Summit shipped via LSO for a car part I wanted the next day. LOST! I called LSO, not getting thru. Their website tracking doesn't work. Summit says I have to wait a week before reordering. Thanks LSO.!

Had a failed delivery attempt marked as "address inaccessible". There is absolutely NO way my address is not accessible. Had Amazon packages delivered the exact same day w/o any issues. I called the 800 number and got the run around. Asked to speak with a Supervisor and was told the call queue was too long (Imagine that) and someone would call me back.

Never happened! They would make another delivery attempt the following day (Saturday), didn't happen. Also, said I couldn't pick up my package from the warehouse due to how it was "categorized", whatever that means. Not to be deterred, I went over to the service center on Saturday, which according to all of the info online, they SHOULD have been open. Arrived to find the front door locked. Went around the back and couldn't believe the place was WIDE open!

Absolutely unbelievable! Piles upon piles of boxes and packages just sitting outside in the open and NOT a soul was around. For all of the people who said their stuff was stolen NO WONDER! If I could post negative stars they would deserve it. How on earth is this company in business?
