Buildings are concrete block with concrete or steel roofs, ceiling heights of 9' to 12', with overhead or man doors. Most units have electricity at no additional charge. Our entire facility is fenced and well lighted at night with minimal traffic interference from South Valentia Street. Promised improved security and still nothing to protect customer property. Fancy new entry gate with cameras there but no security anywhere else. Yesterday while on-site I had 2 other teants as if I has had any vandalism or theft. It appears thing I the area are bad and all customers get is a rate increase.

I Store a trailer at this location. My trailer has a metal box built on the trailer to secure my generator and I also chain the generator to the frame of the trailer. The security at this location. Is so bad that someone cut through the metal box then cut the high carbon steel chain removed my generator from my vehicle. The person working at the storage facility called me.to complain that my generator was in the neighboring space blocking his space.

No mention that I had been broken into. My generator would be gone it didn't weigh 300 lbs No security cameras anywhere except the front gate and their offices. Use caution renting here

Just went here to rent a space, the old lady behind the counter wasn't even coherent enough to understand I wanted to rent a spot for my boat. I will spend myn Money elsewhere.

Excellent place for short or long term storage. Great rates; we found them to be the lowest in the metro area for a 10x20. Not the most convenient location, but we felt far more secure in knowing that few people knew where it is at. Highly recommended.

Relaxed security. Got my utility trailer stolen from the yard. Gate remains open during business hours, no security camera footage is available to police or tenants. I do not recommend this place if you have anything of value to store.

So far so good. Mom and pop type of business. They only take cash or check. No credit card. My storage unit is 12 foot high which is handy for storing my ladders
