Fischer Van Lines

Many thanks to Mark and Jacob who moved carefully yet quickly to unload our belongings. They should be recognized for their courteous and respectful behavior and professionalism. Great job by both. I recommend that if you are moving to request these two fine young men.

These guys went above and beyond to get us moved. They were careful and courteous with all our things. They made the experience easy.

Fischer Van Lines did an in-house move for us on 4/29. Chuck and Eric were total professionals. They treated our furniture and the surrounding areas with extreme care. They were quite gentlemanly to boot. The bill came in under estimate.

I feel I was over charged today. I don't have a way of proving it. I believe I was told I was being charged 169. an HR because of smaller truck and less man. I was charged 199. If your going to use them make sure what they say and what they email are the same.

It has been a few months since I used Fischer and have been mulling over leaving a review. I feel that I should leave something so that other people are not put in the same situation as I was forced into. I would say that the actual movers were fantastic, hard working, and careful with our belongings. Backstory: I scheduled Fischer to have a "big truck" and three movers to get my 2,200 sq.ft. house and garage moved on a Monday. An hour after the scheduled arrival time, 2 workers and a "shorter truck" showed up.

I was told the longer truck would not start. Due to the need to move, I told the guys to get to work. We were able to fill the truck and make the first trip. We started the second load at 6 pm. Around 9 pm I told the movers to call it a night as my family needed to sleep. They were willing to work all night if needed. Instead of offering to finish the next day, the Fischer Rep. scheduled for the following Thursday.

I made payment for the first day move. That Thursday we finished the move. I again made payment for the days work. Again, the movers were fantastic. The issue I have is being told I would have three movers and the big truck. Of course not having an extra body and a bigger truck will delay the completion of the move and potentially add an extra day. Fischer did not offer any reason or provide any discount due to the truck and manpower issue. I still had to pay the same amount. I was lucky I didn't have to move everything in one day. IF YOU NEED A QUICK MOVE I would look elsewhere. The actual movers were great.

Our experience from start to end with Fischer Van Lines was amazing! Lindsey walked us through what to expect and how to maximize our time with our movers on move day. Our moving team were all hard working and professional. They moved our home with care and got the job done in less time than they anticipated! I highly recommend using Fischer and will recommend them to all of my clients in the future.

The phone service was lovely. But the quotes were not for us. Starting at $7500 was no where near our budget. Then I would get way too many emails. Had to unsubscribe. I'm sure they are great for people who can afford them.

We moved our household from Denver to San Francisco. We had delicate glass furniture, art, pottery, and a piano. The entire crew was professional and dedicated to making our move perfect. And it was! Thanks to Jeff Fischer and our lead mover Devonte and all the crew.

When I was trying to move out of California, no other moving company could make my move-out date (1 month in advance). Fischer flew out 2 of their crew to CA and rented a truck so that I could move out on time. The cost was pretty high but it was worth it.

We've had two great experiences with this moving company so far. They are very fairly priced, profession and hard working movers!

I called them initially a few years back to simply unpack my Uhaul and they worked with my budget at the time and was beyond wonderful to deal with. The movers noticed I was a single female and went above and beyond to make sure I was all settled in. I loved them so much that I called them again for my move this February and they were equally as amazing. The guys were a joy to spend time with and were aware of our budget and made sure they stay within our preferred time frame. 13/10 would recommend to EVERYONE!

I needed movers asap. When I called I was able to schedule for the next day, even got a call that an earlier slot opened up. Movers Jordan and Ian were great. Super friendly, quick and efficient. Will absolutely use this company again

We chose Fischer Van Lines for their expertise in handling high value / delicate furniture. They did an excellent job of moving and storing our most cherished pieces. They were all courteous, efficient and very professional. They took extra care to not damage our new hardwood flooring. I am an insurance adjuster so I know good from bad service. They were great! We will use them again.

This was an excellent experience. The team were super professional. Lindsay did a great Job with the video estimate and nailed the truck sizes. They also moved our baby grand piano no worries. The estimate was spot on. Thank you to Craig and the move team for your great attitude and hard diligent work. We will definitely use your company again!

I had a really great experience with Fisher! I had a 5.5 hour move from one apartment to another and the movers were strong, detailed, and respectful. They helped me pack, moved large items with ease, and worked quickly which saved me money! Pricing is not bad and the company doesn't pack in extra charges like most moving companies do! I will certainly use them again and recommend this company to friends!
