Taylor Moving

Ken and his crew did a great job moving us from our apartment to our new home. Furniture was disassembled and reassembled with care. Everything arrived intact, with no damages to our furniture or our home. They were also very efficient! They were responsive, professional, arrived on time, and finished exactly when they estimated they would. We don't plan on moving again any time soon, but we would definitely use these guys again if we do.

Incompetent idiots blocked THREE garage doors and didn't leave any kind of message/phone number to call and I'm now an hour late to work and had to cancel an important appointment because of this moronic company. COMMON SENSE says not to block THREE garage doors just to make your job easier.

I have read several negative reviews about Taylor Moving and Storage but my wife and I had a completely different experience. Taylor Moving seems small town in comparison with the big boys--no multi-page contract, no low ball to get the business, no delays, etc. We moved a large home with no losses or damage, no missing property and no surprises as to the cost.

Their employees arrived on time both days with masks and gloves, packed and moved everything efficiently and with a pleasant and helpful attitude. What we all want is a problem-free move within budget and that is what we got. We recommend Taylor for your move.

Dodged a bullet! We wanted to support a local mover to move us about 3 miles from one house to another in Longmont. When the guy from Taylor came to give us an estimate he had an "attitude". He told us he would provide us with an estimate the next day at the latest. After numerous attempts to contact him we never heard back from him. Relieved we did not do business with them!

Just a warning to those who are seeing great reviews on Google. My mom and boyfriend had posted about our experience there and got responses from the owner that the two men were fired. However their reviews have now been deleted. Although the manager and owner were helpful to an extent it's obvious this company knows how to do damage control and be apologetic after the fact, but it seems they won't make the changes needed so that problems like this don't continue to happen.

Terrible. Do not use, especially if female! Rude and intimidating movers. Showed up-found our they actually had to MOVE things and left. Seriously. Did not move anything. They said they would wrap tv and she didn't need a box-when they arrived they said they had nothing to wrap tv and she needed a box. Happy they did not take my daughters things. Dodged a bullet. Blessing in disguise.

If you have move scheduled with them for the future, I would change it now. They might show up and actually discover they have to move things and then leave. I wouldn't risk it. When my daughter called to discuss with office they hung up on her.

HORRIBLE! We got movers to help move into the new house and they were so lazy and complained the entire time, took 2 hours off on the clock ($180 an hour). Then to kick it all off they got so lazy half way they said they will not move anything that's not in a closed box. That includes art, status, clothing, lamps. everything expensive or important really.

After about an hour of arguing they said fuck you closed up the truck and left without all of our important stuff like CLOTHS AND KITCHEN SUPPLIES. Then proceeded to move all of our belonging to the driveway (not into the house). That night we had to go rent out on uhaul to finish the job. Also stayed up till about 2 am moving all the belonging into the house so they are safe. 0/10 service, rude, lazy, will absolutely never work with them again and I really don't recommend anyone else waste $1000 on the trash company.

We had the worst experience with this company, and do not recommend them. From start to finish the crew was rude, did not take care to wrap all our furniture and thus we had multiple dings and damage. Our TV never made it in working condition, and since we didn't have a receipt they would not cover it. They said the estimate was wrong and the small truck they brought did not fit all of our furnishings and boxes in it.

Of course I didn't want them to move the rest! The guys put down two moving rugs on the floor and none in the house that was moved (and it was snowy and wet). I contacted the owner, and she said "most of our customers are happy" Do NOT USE TAYLOR MOVING.

UPDATE: The owner did see my review on another site and they did give me a partial refund for certain disputes. I am not changing my star rating because this shouldn't of happened in the first place, but i do commend her for stepping up. Maybe the rest of her team will follow her example.

This company is over the top expensive. We had a rug ordered and shipped and it went to their warehouse. From Boulder to Longmont and back it cost a minimum of $320 to deliver and then when the delivery guys spent a half hour to put the rug and pad down, the total cost was $420. The delivery people were on time and did a great job putting the rug down on a positive note but their cost was more than it was to ship the completed rug from California to Boulder.

Would never use them again. Also when they unrolled the rug, they asked if they could put the cardboard roll in our garage because if we wanted them to take it with them, it would add a "disposal fee".

What a terrible experience! I was quoted approximately $800 over the phone and it ended up costing over $2000! There were pieces of furniture that were scratched and/or damaged and the response was a shrug of the shoulders. They even damaged my Christmas tree, bent the top and broke the revolving stand. All of the boxes were clearly marked where they needed to go and most of them were put somewhere else.

I had boxes marked fragile that I found in my basement turned upside down. I am very reluctant to unpack my expensive and breakable collectibles. On the bright side, if there is one, everything was moved in one day.

I've had years of good care, but this last move was a cluster - my load was not properly assessed & I ended up paying over DOUBLE the estimate. Only one dolly was given, so the load up & down took longer than it should have/would have. The team of 2 decided to charge me $100 for a piece I've moved 5 other times with this Taylor group without mention. I'll NEVER use them again & HIGHLY suggest you don't either! What an INCREDIBLE disappointment!

Overall an incredibly poor experience and I will never use them again. The move was from Longmont to Fort Collins. scheduling - pack and move was scheduled on a Friday + Saturday as I was flying in from out of town. Seven days before packing was scheduled to occur, they called and said they needed to move the packing date to Wed as they were over booked. due to the last minute change, I was forced to buy an additional plane ticket. packing day - arrived late and didn't complete all packing required saying they would finish on Saturday. put in the truck & move day - the crew that showed up had no packing supplies, so were unable to finish packing the remaining items. overall packing was done poorly - chef knives were lightly wrapped in paper and simply stuck in the box. i'm amazed no one cut themselves when we were unpacking.

Terrible, terrible company. They came fairly highly recommended but didn't turn out to be the case. The dispatcher was good, the actual movers were scary. One guy berated us for watching him work; very odd. Fact is, we weren't even watching him but waiting to get into that room. One guy was smoking and left butts around the truck. They took really long breaks, under direction of manager and we were paying by the hour.

They scratched up the walls big time in several places in our NEW house we moved into. They LOST one complete set of 7 foot high bookshelves; how could that happen when we had the whole truck? They disconnected our expensive TV power cord because it was hard to carry with TV and then lost the cord and I had to buy a new one. Too many complaints to list.

While visiting our son in Estes Park, Colorado he needed a new refrigerator and the place he purchased it at would not deliver it for another 10 days so we contacted Taylor moving and they went to the store where it was purchased and brought it up to Estes Park for him. They were reliable, efficient and friendly.

Everyone at Taylor Moving did a great job! Not only was my initial phone contact a friendly and fast experience, but Taylor Moving was able to book us quickly (this was a somewhat last minute move) AND on the date we needed. Mitch and Justin showed up on time and ready to work! They were polite, fast, efficient and professional and took good care of our more delicate items.

We used Taylor Moving one other time before and had the same awesome experience with them. We will continue to use them for any other moving needs and you should as well! Thank you for everything Justin, Mitch and Taylor Moving!

Taylor moving did a great job. Showed up when they said they would. The employees were neat, clean and very polite. Two trucks, 5 movers. Worked hard. Kept working all day. Made sure at the end of the day that things were where I wanted them. And, very competitive price! 5 stars!

We needed a rental truck to transport the belongings of a 3 bedroom home in Boulder to San Francisco. We were undecided on truck size (24 foot v 16 foot). U-Haul was out of both sizes and was considerably further from the house. We were left with Budget as an alternative option. They priced out $200 LESS THAN U-Haul and the customer service was stellar!

The guys here are so helpful, super nice and really awesome people. Ken and his coworkers were such a pleasure to work with. They gave us great tips for packing up the 16 foot U-Haul and the drive back to CA. They were the best deal in town for us!

This was an exceptional company, they were fast, courteous and professional. Shane was very helpful with everything. I will use them again.

I had a great experience with Taylor Movers. I had to orchestrate the job by phone and text because I was out of town and working, and it came off without a hitch. The staff were courteous and everything arrived in one piece. Highly recommend!

Used this company twice. First time went ok, so we decided to use them again. Second time was the worst move I've ever had and I've moved over 15 times in my life. They showed up with no packing material even through we set it up for them to do the packing. Talked to the owner and thought we had cleared it all up when his team came in and said that the job was cancelled unless I paid cash. This put me in an extremely difficult situation as I was moving my parents to assisted living and had to be out that day. I would highly recommend going with someone else.
