Dont roll the dice with this place If you have a very important move. DO NOT RESERVE A MOVING TRUCK WITH THIS BUSINESS. Moving out of state and reserved a truck 1 month in advance. The day of pickup NO ONE ever showed to open up. Lucky for me the main UHaul trafficking trackers found me a truck or I would have been stuck. No other companies had trucks that day. Don't roll the dice. Pick another spot.

Impossible to get ahold of via phone, email, or in person. The office has an open sign with a locked door every day. Don't waste your time calling this place

I have been trying to contact someone for two weeks. They do not return phone calls or answer emails. I explained my urgency but they continue to ignore me. I consider that very poor customer service.

I rented a Large storage unit while I was moving my business it was a great location right off hwy 51 and cottage grove road. It is well lit with 24/7 access. The people were very friendly and made my first rental experience very easy.
