Wrondel Self Storage

I have a reservation. I go over they are closed. It was a Saturday. I go over on Monday. Tried to go in the door is locked, I nock. I stand out front n call. Get hung up on. By now I'm getting mad. I go home calm down. I try one more time to call. Lady picks up asked me to hang on. About 5 minutes later she hangs up on me agIne. They can go. Them self, Never again will I even look at again

Unprofessional, rude and completely disrespectful. Did not adhere to posted hours after gate broke "manager" had the WORST attitude I have ever encountered. I guess the areas businesses are desperate for help.

The manager is very disrespectful and the gate has been broken for almost 1 months now, i can't even put my things in because they close at 5:30pm and i get off work at 6pm. And after checking on the google reviews i was not surprised and exactly knew who these 3 people are talking about. Customer.1 "The person in charge is an Arrogant, rude and racist" Customer.2 "nobody answering the phone and agresevly changing up the phone" Customer.3 "the manager is horrible! Rude and disrespectful! Uses profanity to renters he need to be fired".

I could not agree more with the 3rd review and think he should get fired! how many customers do you need to lose and how many complaints do you need in order to fire this guy?!? People like this don't need to be managers they need to be fired. I'm just gonna go to public storage instead, and not deal with the drama and eventually hope wrondel self storage takes action before losing more customers.

In terms of cleaning and security, I have no complaints, it is excellent, but in terms of its staff, the person in charge is an arrogant, arrogant and rude racist. I have been with them for 1 year and have never been a mistress.

Upon calling to inquire, I was pressured to pay for my unit over the phone. I graciously declined, as I wanted to see what the units looked like beforehand. When I arrived, there was nobody in the office and nobody was answering the phone. Can you imagine if I paid beforehand? A couple hours later I was called by someone who promptly hung up on when I explained that I leased a unit down the street. I highly advise Self Storage a few blocks north.

After searching for suitable storage facility, found the perfect loca, space and terms. The Manager, Timothy, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient. We look forward to good tenancy.

I've used this facility a few times now. For Storage units and a P.O. Box. The service is great! They are responsive and friendly. The prices are fair. They keep the units clean and safe. This is always my 1st choice when I'm looking for storage.

Johnny was absolutely wonderful to work with! I acquired a unit at auction and he immediately reached out to coordinate the meeting shortly after I had the winning bid. He clearly explained the fees and we set a time to meet. When I arrived he explained everything perfectly to me about the process. He checked on me several times while I was clearing the unit.

I observed him sweeping and cleaning other areas too. The facility closes the office at 5:30 p.m. I was so overly impressed that Johnny offered to stay the extra 15-20 minutes I ran over clearing the unit. I was also so impressed with the cleanliness of this facility and I actually look forward to bidding on the units here. I have not ever been disappointed.

I highly recommend your facility and I appreciate the ease of doing business with you. Such incredible customer service! Johnny is an incredible asset to your organization and his customer service skills are exceptional. I manage a shopping center with over 125 merchants and I can't speak enough about his skill set. Super friendly staff. The guy we dealt with was on point. I would for sure use this storage again.

The manager on site was very informative and friendly. He also made moving in super easy by providing all the tool we needed to move in. Made me feel safe about storing all my thing at this storage unit

I had a great experience with Johnny at Wrondel self storage. I had been moving things all morning long and then had a bad experience with my previous set up storage. After quickly finding they had a unit available I drove over. Johnny was very friendly and did a great job explaining all the rules of the storage without it seeming scripted. I would recommend this place especially with such a great manager.

This is my first time using storage unit. I chose Wrondel self storage because they're the most rated company in Reno and I would say it's worth it. The place is very clean, safe and secured. I booked my rent online and it was really easy to work on it. Johnny is very cheerful and helpful. He was very busy at that time but he really did his best to accommodate all the customers, he even gave me a discount for my next monthly payment.

The manager Johnnie was very nice and informative. I was looking for a storage due to my son passing away and I obtained all of his belongings. He showed me 2 different units for 2 prices and let me choose what I thought was best for the stuff I have to store. He then let me know the price and it was $25 less than the one on around the corner. Made my day a lot easier. Great prices and service!

I have had multiple storage units starting over 20 years ago and I know many people who have had and still have storage units. I have never had any issues with employees or storage security all these years. I have dealt with Johnny the manager for many years and today I worked with David and he went out of his way to help me as always. Thank you for always keeping a positive attitude and keeping the property clean and safe.
