I've used Castle Storage for several years now. They still have the best rates that I've come across. I did check around again recently to see if I might be able to save money by getting a unit elsewhere but I was not able to do that. If you need a storage room and they have any open units I would highly recommend them.

If I could put a no star I would. I got a unit before closing one evening. I went after office hours to put things in storage. The unit was to small and I didn't even put anything in the unit, I ended up leaving. I called back the next day to see if I could get a larger unit or a refund if they didn't have a larger unit. The lady kept talking over me and giving me a huge attitude.
I said that at that point I didn't want to try and store my things there and wanted a refund. She tried saying that because I used the unit she would prorate a return. I asked if I could get full refund since I never used the unit. I have yet to see what amount was actually refunded. The customer service and attitude by office staff alone isn't worth trying to get a unit with them.
