I found myself in the position of needing a storage area on short notice, and Regina at Midway helped me out in such a kind and competent way. I was able to move my father's belongings into a clean and safe storage space quickly and efficiently. But even more than that, the staff was so professional and humane in my interactions with them that I actually feel blessed to have used their service--which, needless to say, is not my typical experience with storage areas. This is a horrible company to do business with. I work for Sir Moves A Lot moving and disposal company in Cottonwood, AZ. On February 20th if this year we disposed of several items for this company out of storage units they wanted empty. We took this job on good faith that we would be paid. We have called sent emails and left messages and there is no response. This is not a company you want to do business with nor any of their storage facilities

I have been renting two units at Green Valley Covered Storage for many years. I have asked them to redo my seals and has yet to get done. I have spent thousands there. Today 11-24-19 we went to our storage and we found two rattle snakes in our unit. Not very happy customer. I am considering changing storage facility. I am going to try and upload a photo of the snakes. And if I can't send me your email and I will send it.

I rent an RV space so I can keep my coach plugged in. I found it unplugged yesterday, 11-5-18. This is the second time. The first time I had extensive repairs including new batteries. I'll see if it charges up tomorrow. If not, I have to have it towed for repairs and to check the batteries. It is not good to park an RV without a trickle charge. There is one plug for each space.
The plugs should be dedicated and other parked vehicles should be prohibited from using it. The prior owner was very good. The manager is very good. I'll update this after I talk with Argus about the financial damages.
