Starting with Kim, on her walk through to provide an estimate, she gave us useful advice to prepare for our move and clearly explained her estimate. Chris Whittenburg and his team Richard, David, Ron, and Aaron made our move go smoothly. They were with us for the entire move, packing, loading, and unloading. They have super positive attitudes, ask questions when needed, make intelligent decisions, and are always polite, They handled our belongings with care and got the job done. Yes, I was pleased and I would recommend them.

This was our first move, and Chris and his crew worked fast and were nothing but professional. Thank you for all your hard work, you all were impressive to watch. I have nothing but confidence that our stuff will arrive in good condition!

Chris and his team of 6 packers and loaders did an absolutely amazing job! Totally professional, respectful, fast and hardworking. They made a difficult and stressful event much easier for us, which we are grateful for. Corie and her team are top notch professional. A client of mine put both of us in a terrible situation with a warehouse being unprepared for unloading volumes. This truck sat for a week. The process to collect layover money from our client is lengthy to say the least and they stuck with us the entire time until we could get them the money they were owed. i would not have been so patient if roles were reversed. we are lucky to have good people like this in our carrier network. A+++++

Chris (driver), the Puma crew, and Ronnie and David were AMAZING in our move from Kansas to Kentucky. They were prompt, professional, and SO efficient! I felt so at ease with them handling all of our things. They were also so sweet to my two year old who didn't really understand what was happening. They made this transition smooth and painless. I would use them time and time again!

All of our furniture was damaged. we're missing a television and found broken television parts in our storage unit. The storage unit was packed with wood on wood causing scratches and gouges. we were even given paperwork for the driver that stated our furniture was found in water at their facility prior to shipment. The sad part is their sister company Mayflower did an amazing job wrapping and loading our furniture at our home and this company ruined all of the good work Mayflower did. We will be lucky if any of our furniture gets repaired even with extra insurance coverage.

I work with Corie and Christy and they are amazing! Absolute professionalism and politeness with great industry knowledge. They are both very punctual and on their game! It's always a pleasure talking on the phone with them and they have made Vincent Fister Inc. one of my favorite companies to work with

Corie is a phenomenal dispatcher! She gets things done and doesn't try to rake you over the coals to take a load. I will continue to work with her as often as I can because I can trust that she'll assist in any way possible to ensure the loads are delivered on time and intact.

My husband and I have at least 10 military moves between the 2 of us and this was by far the best load out experience we have ever had. Our driver, Chris, worked some magic to bring in the very best crews to pack and load our house. Being dual military, we have well over 20,000lbs to move, not to mention wall mounts that must be specially cared for.

What normally takes 4 days, Chris got done in less than three. And our belongings were well packed, not just thrown into boxes. There were many on his team such as Alex, Jose, Freddy and many others that were true professionals. Every time I move, I want this team.

Chris Whittenburg was excellent! This was our 8th move, and definitely the best so far. He was kind, thoughtful, methodical and kept us informed the whole way. A great leader of his team. The packing and loading crew came up to Salinas from LA. They were part of the Puma Crew, and they worked tirelessly, taking care of our valuables as well as all our furniture, China/crystal and kitchen ware. We could not have asked for a better team for our cross-country move. We would highly recommend Chris and the Puma Crew for any future moves.

Chris, our driver and team lead, did an amazing job with out move! He reached out well in advance to discuss the details of our move and projected delivery date. He kept us informed at all stages, was professional, and cared about getting the job done right. He and his team, were mindful of our things, but quick and expedient in packing and unpacking. He definitely made the transition worry free.

Our driver was Chris, we moved from Alabama to Texas and he definitely got the job done. Both crews were amazing, from loading the truck to unloading everything very quickly and they assembled the beds. Us realizing that we didn't need our washer and dryer, Chris was able to get rid of it for us with no issues. We were amazed that they could get us moved on such short notice. I highly recommend them to anyone relocating.

Great Experience! Our driver was Chris. He and his crew were very professional and provided great service. Chris communicated with us prior to and during the move. He and his crew took excellent care in disassembling, packing, and loading all our belongings. They were diligent and hard working and even finished ahead of schedule. Nothing was too big or too difficult! We highly recommend Chris and look forward to having him move us into our new home once it's completed.

Let's just say that things most definitely did not go as promised. About the only thing they got correct was the refund and that actually was wrong the first time.

Public shaming from their employees. -1 Star service if I could rate it that way. This company broke several pieces of furniture including losing the legs to two very nice leather chairs. They also put two holes in our walls and scratched an entire stairwell and refused to fix this before I paid. They were 45 min late to the move. Use someone else who will do a professional job. This company is a bunch of hacks

Chris and his team were wonderful. They were right on time and made the delivery easy on me. They put everything exactly where I directed. They went out of their way to see that I was pleased with their service. AND, nothing was broken! If you have moved as often as I have over the years, then you know that is amazing.

The contents of the house was packed & carted awAy In 3 different trucks & arrived in FL & delivered in 2 shipments. I had concerns about how this might open up the opportunity of losing items and my sense was correct. We lost cushions to our outdoor sofa and other items were delivered to other destinations. On one of the deliveries, The truck arrived at my door without calling the night before to let me know he was coming and I was not home. I cannot recommend that you use this moving company.

Hired for "full service" in-town move. Cost estimate was reasonable. The workers who showed up were hard-working and polite so there is no issue there. A lot of stuff was left behind in the old house after the move was completed. Entire cabinets were left unpacked and unmoved. Several heavy mirrors were left on the walls. It took another day and probably 6-7 car loads to complete the move.

When this was brought to the attention of the management, no rectifying measures were proposed whatsoever. Two expensive pieces of art were left in the carport during a thunderstorm. Fortunately they were not damaged, because the one piece of art that was damaged dragged us into perhaps the lose frustrating and unhelpful claims process I have ever been a part of. I would strongly recommend against using this company for residential moves. I know we won't be using them again.

Very unprofessional and unreliable! They book you for a date and when you think things are taken care of, they suddenly let you know that they booked someone else on that day and give you one random date of their choice to move! Strongly recommend against this company!

I would absolutely recommend Vincent Fister. I have moved cross country several times but this is the first time using a shipping company. I moved from Lexington to New Jersey and Vincent Fister shipped my things. I'd never used a shipping company before, but they were very thorough about reviewing the things I had to send and gave me a price that did not change.

There were no hidden fees that came out after the move or anything like that. When the movers were actually hauling my things in and out, they seemed generally efficient and careful. Nothing was broken after I arrived and nothing was lost, despite the horror stories I had heard from friends about their experiences with moving companies! The only problem I had was that the shipment arrived in New Jersey on the last day of the time window I was given so I was without my stuff for a full week (and sleeping on the floor!), but I knew that might happen because they had given me an estimate of 4-11 days and it arrived on day 11. Also this has nothing to do with Vincent Fister- it is because I moved to a busy populated area so it took a bit longer.

I had used Vincent Fister when I moved from Lexington to Florida. When I decided to move from Florida to Kansas City, I made the mistake of soliciting on-line quotes. I was inundated with offers that were all over the board. It was impossible to sort the legitimate companies from the fly-by-night offers (we've all heard the horror stories). Confused and needing reassurance, I called Pat Tolson at Vincent Fister (she had coordinated my earlier move).

She was able to answer all my questions, gave me great advice and more importantly told me that she and Vincent Fister could do the move for me. I was so relieved. Pat knew that I had a budget and she worked with me to get the quote in a range I could afford. Most importantly, the move went without a hitch. The local United Van Lines crew that handled the load in FL were professional and very efficient.

The driver and the crew that did the unloading/assembly here in Kansas City were also amazing. I can't say enough good things about Vincent Fister. Moving is stressful in and of itself. Using Vicent Fister takes the uncertainty out of the situation. If I ever have another long-distance move, calling Pat Tolson at Vincent Fister will be my first call.

I do NOT recommend using this moving company. I was told that my belongings would be properly wrapped/packed and when I received them at my destination location they had not been wrapped. Several of my belongings were lost and since the initial inventory log (done by the moving crew) was done so poorly I was unable to claim some of the lost items.

In addition to lost items, an important piece of furniture of mine was broken into several pieces. I was told that my belongings would be treated with respect and they were NOT.
