Can't believe I never wrote an update to this - they never got me my china cabinet. All I have is a grainy picture of it in their NY warehouse.

My shipment was delivered this morning and everything is in perfect condition. I wish to thank you for your professionalism, courtesy and overall excellent service. I will certainly recommend your services to my friends. Thanks for everything!

If I could zero or negative stars I would. Bait you with low quotes. False promises on the phone. On your tail till you set a deal with them. Will increase your quote by almost a double. Once they have your furniture you barely hear from them.

Crooks! I moved from SC to NY in 2010. These people showed up unprepared, then went out and bought the cheapest packing tape I've ever seen. I'm still finding their stickers on our stuff some 8 years later. That was the least of their rank lack of professionalism and customer care though. Once in SC, they proceed to day hire some criminal types off the streets.

These lowlifes smoked in our house and stole over $200 in proceeds from a yard sale. When we confronted the company, all we got was, "did you have cameras installed to prove it?" Really?! Don't waste your time with these people. There are actual, reputable movers out there! I'd give negative stars if that were an option!

Crooks, charged almost double from what was quoted, arrived late upon pickup, took them 2 weeks to deliver belongings, upon receiving my stuff, 10 of the boxes smashed all to hell, wholes in the boxes, dead cockroaches in my boxes, many of my items broken-& to give you an idea of how bad it was they broke a wooden cutting board! Total disregard for their customers belongings, thieves, drivers could not bring truck into my apartment complex parking lot when there was plenty of space for them to maneuver the truck in & out. Called about the driver & they kept saying contract this & that when I was clearly in the right, and emailed Infinity about broken items, no response.

No to mention that the loaders broke a picture when loading & did not even take it with them, left in old apartment, & because they were double charging I ended up having to leave several items that was originally on my quote due to their incompetence and total lack of professionalism when giving me my original quote. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY IT IS A TOTAL SCAM & YOUR BELONGINGS WILL BE DAMAGED IN THE PROCESS & WILL DOUBLE CHARGE YOU!

I never review things, but this was the worst experience of my life. I moved from Chicago to San Diego, 2 years prior to the move I am talking about, and the charge was for 350 cu. ft. We decided to go with 400 cu ft on my move from San Diego to Tampa. The person I spoke to was awesome and had amazing follow, thus I chose these people. Boy was I surprised.

When they showed up for the move they were late, but that is nothing. They started moving items and didnt want to take items apart. When the truck was 1/2 way loaded, they came back and said there were 600 cu ft. Somehow my furniture had grown, or I was in the process of getting screwed. I called to complain, but they told me they would just leave my stuff on the side walk, if I didnt like the change in price.

I really had no choice, but thought once the move was in process, maybe someone would understand and make things right. When I called the office number, the person I had worked with was unavailable every time i called, and I had to speak to someone else. When she checked the load report, my move had now grown to 1000 cu ft, and she started screeming at me that they should have fired the initial team for not accurately estimating the move.

When I offered to show her the documents from my Chicago move she started screeming that they can leave the stuff in a warehouse somewhere and i can pick it up on my own. This is of course after they had my cash. So now that doesnt even compare to the move in. They were supposed to be at my place on Friday afternoon, and instead were dispatched to South FL, after the 1st move they had was an hour away.

They then had to move someone out in S FL. They wound up showing up at my place at 11pm for the move. I went ahead and said yes. To my surprise the mover was the driver and some HS kid. The move lasted until 1am, and of course they couldnt get any of the items like my bed built (needed the legs) because it was too late. I would rather set my furniture on fire than use these criminals again. I STRONGLY suggest you find anyone else.

I used these movers almost 10 yrs ago. I will never fogive them nor will i forget them. Unless they have changed ownership, i found them to be liars, thieves, they stole my stuff and what they didnt steal they broke, damaged and ruined. I reported them to the NY state and the Federal gov't. Ny told me they kept trying to shut them down -they would re-appear. so unless management has changed (which is highly unlikely) buyer beware! Be sure to check the complaits that have been filed against them

Horrible customer service. Hopefully this is just a one off but I would highly recommend working with a different moving company.

The crew that came to help me move was very helpful and friendly. They were very careful with my belongings and helped me finish packing everything. Would definitely recommend!

I want to thank this crew of caring, professional movers! These guys went the distance for my move from Brooklyn to DC! They wrapped all of my furniture like it was crazy expensive and carefully and methodically moved it from point A to B without any mistakes, damage etc. They kept their word on everything from the salesperson that came to my house to the team that did the move. Nothing but the best to say about these guys.

I had to move from Manhattan to San Francisco, CA for work about a month ago and after reading all the reviews of all the moving companies I decided to go with them, best decision I made, I called them and Joe from their sales department helped me with everything I needed, so finally the moving date arrived and their driver called me an hour before his arrival and guess what, he arrived sooner than he said, they packed everything for me professionally, everything was wrapped in a blanket and was professionally secured, they didn't charge me even a dime more than what we discussed With Joe.

I asked them to put my stuff in a storage in NYC until I find a place to leave in NoCal too. I received several emails from them about my stuff and they kept me in the loop every step of the way after I called them and asked for delivery of my stuff they scheduled the arrival the way I wanted, the driver called me several times to update me and provided me with a 2 hour time frame of his arrival, he was on time and after they unwrapped everything and they set them up for me without charging me extra for all the steps I had ( the said the firs 15 steps are free but after that there will be a charge ) Best moving company and I highly recommend them

I used Infinity to move from New Hampshire to Colorado. using Infinity was the worst decision I have every made. We had a contractual agreement regarding an earliest and latest drop-off date. They showed up 2 days early, my apartment complex was not ready to accept the delivery and I was not in Colorado yet. They threatened me with an extra $1,500 storage fee until I was able to fix the issue.

Eventually I worked something out with my apartment manager and they dropped off my stuff but they managed to break 3 pieces of furniture and not deliver my toolbox or my girlfriend's box of favorite dresses. I have since moved across the country again and used a rental van. I did all the moving myself and it was cheaper, less stressful and the customer service was about 1,000,000 times better. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, MOVE WITH A RENTAL VAN. IF YOU NEED SOME HELP WITH THE MOVE, ASK SOME FRIENDS TO HELP LOAD THE TRUCK OR YOU CAN ALWAYS PAY FOR MOVING HELP THROUGH THE RENTAL COMPANY.

PLENTY OF DAMAGE & Cost Infinity charged for our move: $8,316 From: NYC To: Miami Beach Price included Infinity to pack & unpack OUR BACKGROUND: My wife and i have moved many times in the last twenty years, both local and internationally so i would say that i have a pretty realistic view on what one should expect in a mover. This year, 2014 we moved from a 2 bedroom apartment in Manhattan to a 2 bedroom in Miami Beach.

In summery, IT WAS THE WORST move we ever had! Although all the movers were nice and well mannered this is where are complaints are: INFINITY'S POOR PERFORMANCE & THE REASONS I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN: - Since we moved from one state to another and the truck was going to make it to Florida fast we were asked if we wanted our belongings stored so that we could take our time getting down there.

Although we told them we wanted them as soon as possible they held our belonging in NYC and we subsequently did not get them for almost 2 weeks. - When our belongs finally arrived and were unpacked, almost every hard piece of furniture was scratched, dented or broken! Although this has never happened to us before (and our previous move was from Malaysia to NYC) I felt we were understanding and when we made a claim i took into consideration that "things happen" so i did not claim for every little scratch. However, to this day, approximately 3 months later they still have not finalized our claim.

In fact, they asked us to check back with them every 2 to 3 weeks (which we have) to check up on the progress. Again, no reimbursement thus far. - Because the Infinity Movers arrived our Miami apartment late in the day we were left to unpack the balance of our boxes which were many (despite having paid for full unpack service). - They also delivered items to our apartment which were not ours.

Not crazy pricey, and you can work out a great deal! The moving guys are very professional. nothing damaged, nothing lost. Also they are very sweet and want to make sure everything gets done as quickly and painlessly as possible. I had a weird situation with the timing of my move, but Brandy at the office was amazing and did everything she could to make sure the job got done, and got done right. I absolutely recommend using them for your next move!

We recently moved to NJ and I have to say the moving process sucks! But it sucks a little bit less if you have the help of a great moving company : I got their information from a good friend and it was one of the best decisions I made! Affordable price, great service and nothing broken lol I really hope I don't have to move for a very long time but in case I do will definitely use infinity again.

Hello, I like to put a positive review, just move from the city to great neck and the guys were great, the estimate was on the money and every thing came with no damages. In addition they guys were very polit and professional I was really lucky this time to choose the right company!

I contacted a few movers for quotes for a move from New Hampshire to California. 2 of the items are over 100 years old. Infinity was by far the cheapest, and the salesman was easy to work with. The guys were fantastic.they did a great job of packing and unpacking.at both ends. The price was as quoted.no additional fees. Brandy was always on the phone when I needed a question answered. Infinity rocks.

They helped me move from NY to Ohio last month and I was very pleased with everything in the process. From the call the day before to confirm all of the details to the willingness of the movers to work later then what was scheduled.

I never thought I could have worse movers than my previous experiences, but I was wrong. The pluses were that we received pleasant customer service over the phone, got an acceptable quote, and they were available on relatively short notice. But the actual service is what matters, and it was sub-par. They were late, it took them 8 hours to move our stuff (which was just a one-BR, not a ton of stuff, going 14 blocks north), which OF COURSE meant more $ for them.

But they must have been really careful with our stuff, right? WRONG! Most of our furniture was severely dented/scratched, and when we unpacked, we discovered many broken glasses, dishes, etc. in spite of the fact that all were carefullly bubble-wrapped. They didn't even put our mattress on the frame correctly, and hubby and I had to fix it ourselves later.

The best part was at the end, the head mover told us we must call his boss to tell him what a good job he did, and insisted on standing right next to us while we did so (glaring menacingly the whole time). Just awful - avoid at all costs!
