Reile's Transfer & Delivery Inc. operates multiple storage and logistics facilities in eastern North Dakota and along the Minnesota border. We partner with our customers to provide and manage dedicated warehousing space when required, and we also operate a multiclient warehouse locations for customers who need less space.

Have appointment 9:00 am. They can't move empty trailers from the doors. At 10:55 am they call me and give door 11. From this door 11 they company driver try to take out an empty trailer with frozen brakes, but he failed and stack themselve. He call for help. So I still waiting for empty door and is 11:30 am. What are fun company :

Would of been 5 stars if the loader wasn't rude. Quick loading and the lady at check in was very polite and professional. Got the green light, went inside to sign bills and was told they would be out to seal the trailer. Guy comes out and stands over 10 feet from my truck for a minute then goes back inside. He comes back out and never approached my truck but still stood 10 feet from it.
When I finally asked if he was ready he informed me he's been waiting and he's not my momma and does approach trucks because he never knows what we are doing despite the fact i was in the drivers seat. Come on people and be courteous. Too much negativity going on as it is

1st time I was here from 0700 to 1345 because of overweight. 2nd time I'm here 0700 and load isn't ready. Their door doesn't open until 0730 spot on so be waiting in line so other drivers don't jump the line to get signed in ahead of you, it can cost you 2 hours of waiting or more depending on docks available. They currently have a company on contract and will work them ahead of you so make sure you have plenty of hours on your clock.
Stay professional with them and they stay professional with you all in all. This trip nose heavy and 44880 at 79560 scaled at stamart cat scale. Got through east scale at 34000 on drives. Stay safe.
