Horrible company!. Took my RV in for front wheel alignment. The tech drove it and said I need a new gear box at over $1,000! The new gear box I put in less than a month earlier. They didnt even look at the RV! They just guessed at the problem and the problem is it needs alignment! So I just went and got my keys and said nothing. I dont want some business guessing problems on my vehicles. They need to diagnose. They are lazy. Don't go here.

I found this company when I was still home in Oregon as I was coming to Mesa Arizona and needed to have some work done on my RV. When I arrived in Mesa I went over to Southwest RV to check them out and talk with them. As I was pulling in I ran into a gentleman walking out and had asked if he had work done at Southwest which he replied yes he did and that he had been coming there for 12 years.
So I went in and made my appointment and after talking with them I thought I had made the right choice to come here. The staff was very knowledgeable very polite answered all my questions. I had a number of things done including the hydraulics shade motor change and just some overall maintenance done which so far has worked out perfectly so I'm very pleased and will be returning next winter to have more service work taken care of.
I later ran into another man and as we got to talking he lived by Southwest RV and has his RV service there and he's been going there for 11 years and he was also very happy with the service work he had had done. So thank you Southwest RV for doing such a great job. From Oregon Walt

**12.21.2020 UPDATE** bc of the negligence of this company not performing the work needing to be done/ nor advising on work that needed to be done, our entire Ford chassis needed to be replaced and it was not covered under the warranty because "the service shop did not complete the oil changes correctly nor enough". This was after ever single email correspondence, and maintenance record was provided.
The warranty company advised what a disservice this co. did for us and our RV. It was clearly stated in MULTIPLE EMAILS AND PHONE CONVERSATIONS to Southwest RV to complete WHATEVER WORK NEEDED TO BE DONE NO MATTER THE COST WHATEVER AND WHENEVER IT NEEDED IT. They simply neglected it and lied about work being completed. ***SAVE YOURSELF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!
Use Scotts Repmams for the Chassis and Beautiful RV for you RV** FROM 2019-I cannot say enough good things about this place. Reasonable, accommodating, and the service is unbeatable. 2020- Words cannot describe how disappointed we are with Southwest RV. We have stored our RV here for quite a while and have it serviced on occasion. They were always booked out quite a while for service appts, but that was ok, we just worked around their schedule. However, as of the last few months, the service has been less than what you would expect from a "5 star company".
We were charged for repairs that were not completed, however when brought it to attention, they did take care of it. See ex. of the master door. Then we decided to rent out our RV and we would need regular service appointments, I was respectful and made appts ahead of time. We had specifically asked that the RV be serviced to the extent of whatever it needed in between each rental.
We greatly rely on our RV service professionals to let us know if our RV needs any service maintenance or repairs, as this is not our area of expertise. Well on the most recent rental our renters had messaged us in regards to multiple problems with the RV, some of which were just "fixed or serviced". I expressed to Southwest RV the complications we were dealing with and advised them of the items that needed to be looked at on our next service appt on June 17.
Then on June 17(THE DAY OR OUR SERVICE APPT), we received an email stating that they have decided to not service our RV due to the lack of our confidence in their capabilities. So now, last minute we are scrambling to get these items fixed before our next renter.

We were using this place for well over 5 yrs to store our Family RV without any issues. Maybe some inconvenience for the location, but worth it. I recently had an RV gate added to my house and was going to relocate the RV to my location. When we called to let them know we were going to be removing our property, they said it was going to be a few days for us to close out because they were out of town for a few days.
We agreed to wait until they returned. When I went to get the RV from their yard, I noticed that the Cat Converter was stolen out from under the RV. I tried to address this with the owner, his words were along the lines of "we just hold it here for you, you take responsibility for the vehicle." I kept asking him what they were going to do bout this, he said "nothing, you signed a page that says SW RV is not responsible for any damages or loss while on their property." WTF?
We were paying you for yrs to store our RV there with the (false) sense of security. Here some salt for the wound. the owner told me the day we pulled out for the last time that our RV was the only one hit. Kind of funny since they won't provide camera views of the RV, they constantly leave the main gate WIDE open, they don't seem to even care that we have to get the vehicle repaired. Oh well, lessons learned when it comes to storage yards.

I used Southwest RV to store my travel trail for a year and it was a great experience. They have an excellent facility in a great location and good rates. Since moving to Ohio I did not have an opportunity to do business with them again until a few days ago when I was traveling through Arizona and had an urgent need for help with a blown 200-amp fuse in my custom electrical system.
This is a family owned and run business and their service shows they care. (I previously had met the father and he was helpful and gracious). The daughter who took my phone call said I could stop by and they would take care of me, and her brother did the fuse replacement in five minutes. Then she charged a feee that was way less than what any other repair facility would have done. These folks made my day and on top of my previous excellent experience as their storage customer I can say this is a five star family business worth supporting!

I have used this place for dump and propane in the past, and just recently had to use for repairs on my Class A wall slide. Making an appointment was quick and easy. I dropped it off a few days early for my convenience and they were able to get it and repaired before the appointment day! Highly recommend. This family owned and operated business it the real thing!

We recently took our trailer to Southwest RV for some maintenance and repair work. Anyone who has a trailer or RV knows how hard it is to get good service. Southwest RV has been a breath of fresh air. It's a family run business with the father and daughter in the office and the son as the mechanic. The work was done quickly and thoroughly. We had one problem, an electrical one, that required some patient troubleshooting. No problem, it was fixed. We'll be back next time we need help! You should give them a try.

This is my first review of Southwest RV, however, we have used them before for oil changes, repair of awning and miscellaneous other things. This time they set up our new Jeep Cherokee for towing. We got several bids and all were within a couple hundred dollars so we chose Southwest. As usual they did a terrific job getting everything set up and we are extremely happy

We just moved AZ from Northern California and were looking for a place to work on our RV. We had a small friendly place and wanted to find something similar here. Southwest RV is perfect and we could not be happier. Our first use was the dump station which turned out to be convenient and reasonable. While there we got to meet the people and see the shop - it was exactly what we were looking for.
We scheduled service for a variety of things and asked for an estimate on adding some solar. The work was completed beyond our expectations and the price was very reasonable. They were thorough and solved issues that I thought might not even be possible. If you don't want to get lost in the maze of big, overpriced RV service centers - this is your place.

Conveniently located in the northwest valley just north of Bell Rd on 63rd Ave. FANTASTIC parts and RV gadets available for customers to do own repair. Like all RV repair facilities, make your appointments weeks in advance of your trips. Propane prices are usually lower than surrounding competitors. Really nice family atmosphere customer service.

Recently moved to Arizona & so pleased I found Southwest RV! Jeff is so informative and honest. Summer is great too. We had several issues to resolve on our motorhome. Jeff gave us an estimate and went to work. He was able to fix all but one issue. Jeff let us know our options for fixing problem, and all worked out well. I am so satisfied with this family owned business that I will gladly drive the 70 miles to have our rig serviced here. See you in the fall to finish our to do list.

Southwest RV is now the only place I'll bring our rig to for service! Even though it's 100 miles from home! I had them completely replumb our 2000 Bounder from CPVC to PEX, a really major job. Their work was impeccable, Jeff and Summer a sheer delight to work with and reasonably priced! So glad I found you guys and will be seeing you again!

Great family company. We have stored our RV here for years. The owner Jeff and his team a very knowledgeable of ever part of how these things work inside and out and their prices are very competitive. They have an onsite dump station and propane right there so in reality it's a one stop shop for everything you may need for your RV. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Not only for storing your RV, but also for parts, service or just a simple question regarding your RV.
