Very nice guys, but I WAS STUNNED when I got a bill for almost TWICE as much as I was quoted over the phone. The original cost was supposed to be $195 per hour with a 3 hour minimum or in my case $585 dollars. After they delivered my stuff, I was handed a bill for almost $1,000. He had omitted (on more than 5 calls) that he also charged a "Time Travel" and some other fee.
After a discussion with the owner, he reduced the bill to $878, but would not honor the original quoted price of $585. SO if you decide to use Zorn Moving, I would suggest you get a price quote IN WRITING or know that the cost of your move could be way more than you expected!
