I've been to this warehouse quite a few times. Theres plenty of space to back into dock and very fast loading. Never had one issue. The ladies at the front desk and the guys that load the trucks are just awesome. There fast, efficient, polite and resourceful. So I loaded here on November 2nd. Well didn't have a strap but luckily Rawl, (guy that loaded me) had a strap that I could have to strap my load in. (Thankful!) Then I locked my keys in my semi and I'm not sure the other guys name but he went above and beyond to help me get it unlocked.
We tried using a couple older model freightliner keys but no luck. So he started looking for a locksmith and he found one. Called them up and within 45 minutes I was on the road. I've been driving for 7 years and have never been to a place that was as great as this one. Being In this profession is hard enough. But coming to load at a place where the people are as amazing as the guys and gals at Group warehouses makes our job way better! Thanks again everyone for the great job and I look forward to loading there again. John.

Great place! They get you in and out. If they are really busy and you come early you'll have to wait till you're scheduled appointment. If you come late while they are really busy they will try and work you in but it's not promised because they work till closing time speaking from experience. I've been coming here for years. These people here are very friendly!

Group is the best. Always friendly service from manager to office to warehouse guys. Show up on time with clean trailers and you get in and out no issues, ever. The guys who have to wait are probably late and don't say they are waiting to get worked in because they showed up late. Should be thankful they don't make you reschedule.
