Glad Wooten has gotten rid of previous leasing agents that really weren't good for any community.they have really turned that around with respectable staff.

The Wooten Company manages The Polo Club Apartments where I live. I highly recommend this locally owned property management company. They definitely seem interested in providing the residents with well-maintained, well-managed, and safe properties as evidenced by my personal experience living in a Wooten property since 2015. Great amenities. Several locations. Check them out!

My husband and I have lived at Embassy Apartments in Ozark for one year now, and we LOVE it. We were initially attracted to the apartments because of how affordable they are, their updated floors, appliances, and overall look, but have chosen to continue to live here because of the atmosphere. Guidelines are in place and enforced to maintain a quiet and clean space for us to live in, which I value greatly.

In comparison to past properties we have lived on before, Embassy is by far our favorite because of how quickly maintenance comes to take care of any issues, how clean the grounds are, and how quiet and respectful all other residents are. We have made Embassy our home over the past year and truly enjoy all the amenities it offers!

I live at the Republic Palms complex and it has been a great place to live so much so that we recently renewed our lease for another year. Friendly neighbors, management, and overall a pretty quite neighborhood for how many units there are. Repairs have happened in a timely manner every time we have requested to have something fixed or looked at. The manager of the property is super nice and has always helped us out with any issues we've had. Rent is affordable and the unit we live in is very nice.

I have lived in two Wooten Company apartments (Republic Palms and Willow Creek) both times I have had very helpful and friendly staff. They are always very quick with responding to maintenance requests, keep the pools clean, and answer the phones or respond to emails promptly. I have enjoyed living in both of these locations.

I've had nothing but great experiences with the Wooten Company! Management is very friendly and helpful. When I have an issue, they always address it quickly. They keep everything nice and maintained -and I am proud to call one of their properties my home.

I have lived in an apartment managed by the Wooten Company for about a year now. They have been very friendly. I love my apartment and Wooten fixes anything that goes wrong right away. The go above and beyond. When my heater stopped working maintenance came right out. They were not able to fix it that night because of parts and stores closed. Maintenance left portable heaters until next morning.

He also said that if that enough they would bring more. The next morning they had it up and running. They are also good at keeping the sidewalks salted and cleaned in Winter. The property always looks good year round.

The Wooten Company, LLC has been a great apartment management company for our apartment complex the past 2 (going on 3 years)! Easy adoption of lease and renewal process. They are always friendly people to work with to resolve any and all issues (though they don't frequently occur).

My experience with Wooten Inc has been amazing. Besides the friendly community I live it, all my needs to have a lovely apartment are filled. The apartments are spacious and always clean. The fridge, oven, carpets, pool, internet, etc. Are clean and working with no issues. I'm about to start my 3rd years and I have absolutely no complains. The prices aren't bad considering the quality of the apartments.

I love my apartment owned by The Wooten Company! The Wooten Company has done a great job with the management of my apartment complex. They have done a great job with the maintenance of my apartment, the grounds and the amenities. I love living in the Embassy apartments in Ozark and would definitely recommend living in any of the properties owned by The Wooten Company!

My experience has been wonderful renting from the Wooten Company. I have lived in the Concord Manor for a year now and plan on renting with this company for year to come. Management has been wonderful to work with. The grounds appear clean and seem well maintained. Parking has not been an issue, plenty of space to park in without concern. Living quarters seem up to date with appliances, I have had no maintenance issues during my stay. They do allow pets, and I have had no noise issues as a result. It has been a relatively quiet and peaceful place to live.

I would not rent from these guys I signed a year lease when I moved in and they were talking about doing all this remodeling welfare tell us that they were kicking everyone out after they did the remodeling so they get you in there and do all this remodeling that you got to put up with why you're there and then they kick you out they stop spraying for bugs like 4 months ago so now we have bugs terribly and the manager at the office said she didn't want to take that place is it anyway so they really didn't care about the place all this is very true I'm back this up in quartz where in the Bible whatever these guys are pirates

This is my second time living at polo club apts. Most of the time residents are nice.the pool is nice. I just wish the dog poop could get cleaned up.the mgr.trys her best to get stuff done.i like my apt.wish we had washer dryer hook ups.but in all said it's a nice place to live Dianne h Matt h
