The men moving were great BUT be aware that if they break something they will NOT cover it. I had a $1,000 table and they dropped it and cracked the glass and didn't offer to help with the cost AT ALL. The man on the phone was actually really rude when I told him what had happened, which really rubbed me the wrong way. The guy who dropped the table was really nice and apologetic and I know he didn't mean to drop it.
But I'm rating them 2 stars because I'm out a 1,000$ table and the manager, Rich, I think his name is, was incredibly rude. If they're packing non valuable, non fragile things, they're great!

This moving company was chosen for us. Business decision, not based on anything but availabilty. Not recommended. Any business owner who doesn't stand behind their work isn't worth the time in my opinion. Arguing with a customer who has no control of the situation doesn't improve things. Showing a customer that you are carrying a gun when things get heated doesn't bode well either.

Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! We moved in October of 2015, yep, 2015. None of our furniture was wrapped when taken out of the house and put on the truck. No blankets were used. They dropped out refrigerator and a hand made wood chest. A large part of everything was scratched, damaged, and/or destroyed. We drove toDeSoto to hand deliver our claim form before the 90 day deadline. Sometime in February or March of 2016, a gentleman showed up to inspect the damages and process the claim.
He took pictures of everything, which I had already sent in to the company previously. In November of 2016, one week before Thanksgiving, I spoke with Pam Illingsworth and she apologized tremendously. She promised me that I would receive the paperwork for the next step within 7 days. Nothing arrived. I called back just before New Years and spoke with John Illingsworth.
He told me that the person I spoke with last time was at lunch and he would make sure that he (John) calls me back as soon as she comes back in. Nothing. Well, it is now January of 2017 and we haven't gotten a response from anyone! I on my last attempt of dealing with the company directly. Next step, submitting a BBB review. This is ridiculous- do not throw your money away with this company if their customer service is dealt with by the owners and they can't even return calls to customers and make sure they are taken care of.
I have been patient for over a year. now I have lost my patience and don't want to see anyone else get hurt from this company. I will update this review accordingly if anyone ever takes care of our claim.
