I reached out to this company to move 4-5 boxes for me since my car went into the shop. I spoke with Roger and he said they had a small pick up they could move my things in. He stated there was a deposit and when I asked what the deposit was, he didn't answer. I told him that I would go ahead and pay for the first hr to which he quoted me $125 per hr.
I reached out and canceled and told him just to refund the amount that was not the deposit. He said he would get back with me and never did. Literally ran off with my money. Very poor communication and customer skills. Will never recommend.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value They are rude to customers. He cusses them out. Starts fights with them. Keeps changes company's names because he isn't suppose to run trucks for his company. Cause he will get fined. Just be careful with him. I would honestly recommend American movers.

We needed to move a couch to our basement after our new power couch was delivered. We bought the power couch because my husband recently underwent a partial leg amputation. They were on time, professional and very respectful. I actually put them in my phone contacts so we can use them again when needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. There were 2 of the nicest men you will ever meet. Thank you for helping us out.

Roger and his team were very professional and took exceptional care of our belongings. They laid down plastic to walk on, would double wrap furniture to be extra safe and would point out scratches or dings already on our belongings to protect themselves. They are very reasonably priced. Would certainly use them again.

After going down the Google list of Wichita movers, I finally landed on these guys who had an opening for me. Glad I did. Juan and Jon showed up right on time to help unload a couple Pods into my new house. Both were professional and courteous. Most importantly, they did the job in the allotted time with no damge to my stuff, or my new home. No complaints at all. Highly recommend. Worth every penny to save time and bodyaches. Thank you guys!

I had My 2 Men move two heavy pieces of new bedroom furniture from our garage to a master bedroom that we purchased from Costco. They did a fantastic job and were very careful in handling the furniture. They even wrapped it in moving blankets to protect it. Communication and arriving on time was excellent. I will not hesitate to call them again and highly recommend them.

The guys I had out to move me was beyond amazing and I can’t put into words how great they were..they were fast and very careful with all my stuff plus I had a great time with them....as a single female I was more than comfortable with them....I would tell anyone to call them...I had called another company before them and they just belittled me with everything not understanding I have health issues but apartment movers completely understand my health issues and worked with me on everything....I give them 10 stars for sure

They have the worst service I have ever had. The amount of time we got charged for was way off what time they actually spent at the house. We were also given a rough quote at the beginning and the price was 350 more than the quote and that’s after we moved half of the House our self. Their customer service is horrible. They didn’t care if we got charged that much and wouldn’t work with us at all. I would suggest not using them for moving.
