The owner, Cory Braseth, has been actively involved in the community for many years and is also active in the regional business community, as well as the national rental associations. In 1969 Jefferson Street Rentals opened for business in downtown La Grande and in 1989, Jefferson Street Rentals was purchased by Cory Braseth.

Rented a paint sprayer and had nothing but trouble with it. I rented it towards the end of the day and started a 15 minute job. Halfway into the job the motor quit and would not start up. After toggling the switch a few times the motor started up. I flushed the system and re primed it causing a loss of half a gallon of paint. I was able to complete the job before the motor quit a second time leaving me unable to clean out the unit.
I called the after hours number and left messages but no return call. Again after toggling the switch a few dozen times the motor started and I was able to flush out the system. A 15 minute job took me 6 hours to complete, with no offer to discount. I think I will just buy a paint sprayer for twice of what is cost to rent this one next time. I'm sure other services are good but the lint sprayer was bad.
