We knew we were in the best of hands with these guys! They are very attentive to the property. They check to see that all units are locked at the end of every day and if you forgot to lock your unit properly they will call and let you know as soon as! Mary is just wonderful! She really helped us get what we needed in a very trying time and it meant everything to us! You're in good hands with Empire!

Empire Storage (Mary) was so helpful! While traveling my van had a speed sensor fail and had to be left until the dealership could repair it. I was able to leave my van behind without fear that it would be vandalized or worse. When the dealer was able to repair the van, Mary and her husband helped me get the van to the dealership! I have used other storage places before but Empire felt like family! They were friendly and kind and very helpful! Above and beyond!

The new property manager is clearly abusive to his wife and she is terrified of him. She has even expressed grief being there and how miserable she is. I will be doing my best to leave this place and go to another storage unit because they do not deserve our business. That guy is a wretched monster who drinks while he's on the job.

I was driving up from Austin Texas pulling a 12 foot utility trailer, Just outside of Flagstaff I developed some mechanical issues that made me drop the trailer off. About 5 pm I was frantically searching for a storage facility that would just answer the phone, I dialed empire and was greeted with a no problem attitude just come by and we will help. The couple in the office were the greatest ever I would definitely go back for any storage needs. I can't thank you enough.
