The manager is absolutely wonderful! This is the best storage unit facility in Havasu! Priced right.

Our coach WAS here. Thieves got in pilfered through everything. We lost lots of stuff. Outdoor storage. Not secure.

I spoke with Randy on the phone FOUR TIMES and stated I had a 37' RV I wanted store. He assured me that he had spaces. I drove my RV 4.5 hours to be told they only have 30' spaces! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DISHONEST GUY! Luckily I was able to find another place on short notice.but I was so MAD I could have caused bodily harm! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Have a secured a unit an they told my wife open 7 days a week 8 to 5 it's now 9 30 24 hours later and I still can't get into my unit or get ahold of anyone

I love this storage just for the managers alone. Randy and Don are a blast to sit and chat with. Many good times, a few questionable ones too. But dont worry they're the stotage guys to talk to if you gotta pack and store your treasures.

The units are cleaned up, and most take there trash with them after cleaning out a portion of their unit, and the office staff have always been polite and very helpful in any possible way. I kept forgetting to pay my storage unit on the 22nd every month so I asked if he would send me a bill as a reminder, and it worked like a charm. The bill comes by the 5th, and the invoice stays in my purse until it's paid early now.

My friend is locked out of his storage the past month after paying 3 months in advance. They need to go unlock his storage and he's called and they still haven't done so.

People live in some of the units. Black widows abound. Some units have electri mmlkc, at random. No security cameras for the gated section, oddly enough. Aw
