Great company to work with. The designer was talented and on time for the first appointment. Gave some great advice, measured everything and sent a quote in two days. I kept modifying the design, but they were very patient with me. I asked them to estimate for three closets but ended up doing two. They did not force me at any stage and were accommodating in every way.

They booked a time that worked for us. The installer was in and out in a day, just focused on his job. Overall a great experience and of course our mud room and pantry turned out to be great! We love it!

Jacki and Tunisia were very helpful throughout the process. Jacki designed beautiful closet spaces based on our needs, including budget. We were provided with a 3d model of the closets so we knew exactly how they would look in the space. The installers were professional and completed the closets in a short period of time. I highly recommend SSS for closet design/installation.

My review is long overdue but better late than never! We had SSS design and install a closet solution into our master bedroom in Feb 2020 and nearly a year later we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Jacki was great to work with, she walked us through a couple different design options and literally doubled the storage space in our existing closet with her final design.

Install was quick and the installer cleaned everything before he left. We previously priced a similar closet from the Container Store and it was way more expensive (and not as nice in terms of finishes). So glad I found SSS and we will be doing many more closets in our house with Jacki and team. Highly recommend!

Sophisticated Storage Solutions created ample closet space for our master bedroom in our new home. While we ran into a little snafu with the measuring/roof line on installation day, Jacki (the owner) and the two installers worked with me until I was happy with the new design. They made sure to show me every option before the installation began. I really appreciated their professionalism. Overall, the new design works so much better with the architecture of the room/house.

We now have built in closets with a wardrobe, drawers, and shelves for the master bedroom as well as an accessory closet for shoes and handbags. Thank you for doing such a great job! Personalized customer service with a smile :-) We recently bought a house during the COVID-19 pandemic and desperately needed to install closets in our house before moving in. After calling Sophisticated Storage Solutions, we were able to schedule an initial in-person consultation within a few days. Jacki, the owner, made a special visit to our house with the proper protective equipment.

During Jacki's visit, she asked the right questions to make sure she captured all of our specifications. Her warm and personable demeanor truly put us at ease and she even remarked, "you can't see it but I am smiling under the mask." :-) Within a few hours of Jacki's visit, she shared a beautiful design at a reasonable cost for our 8 closets. We were thrilled!

We were able to schedule installation of our closets within 2 weeks of our initial phone call. Jacki even provided a recommendation for someone to help us remove the old closets (thanks Louis!). On the day of installation, the installers showed up on-time with the proper protective equipment. They were even considerate of the noise as we proceeded to work from home that day.

Within few hours all of our closets were installed perfectly! Caroline, the office manager, also called to make sure we were happy with the service. I was amazed with the customer service we received throughout the process. Please don't go anywhere else for your closets. This is the best company around!
