Vienna Piano is a New Jersey based piano company. We are located in what was formerly The Strand Theater at 181 Main St., Hackettstown, NJ. The theater has been renovated to accommodate our showroom and shop, where all of our work is done, in-house. Vienna Piano was founded in 1983 by Paul Simone, a piano technician of some thirty years experience and an Associate Member of the Piano Technicians Guild. We are a team of people who provide piano sales and piano services to New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania and the New York metropolitan area.
We have been moving pianos for local families, professionals and institutions for 25 years. You can trust your piano in our hands. We strive to make your piano sound as good as possible and we aim to be prompt and reliable throughout the entire process. Tuning a piano takes a great deal of care and experience.
They are: A matching bench, professional delivery, tuning in your home upon delivery and a ten year warranty on all parts and labor. All of our instruments are impeccably maintained for the demanding artist. Performers have the option of coming to our showroom to play and select the instrument of their choice. We deliver 1-4 days before your event and pick up 1-4 days after your event. Sundays, evenings, and specified delivery times - add $495 each time.

Paul and his team have been absolutely amazing in moving my piano twice now. I'm amazed with the care and ease in which it was moved, not to mention how fast he gets the job done! He's prompt, professional and kind. He's the only one I'll use moving forward should I have any other piano needs. I recommend him to everyone!

I was/am considering selling my piano, so I reached out to Paul via his website to see if he would be interested in purchasing it, based on the reviews I read here. He responded very promptly, and was so kind and informative. Based on this interaction, I would absolutely recommend visiting his store or reaching out to him if you are in the market for a piano.

Paul was great and so easy to work with! Moved our piano into the house quickly with no damage. In fact, they were so quiet I didn't even realize they were done. It's a rare thing to have a business meet or exceed expectations but that's my recent experience with Paul and Vienna Piano trading in an instrument I purchased years ago for a different brand. Paul stood by his warranty, listened to my needs and concerns and took the time to ensure I was satisfied with my piano. I'm no concert pianist but it was nice to be treated as such. I highly recommend Vienna Piano.
