I rarely leave reviews but this experience was so good to not leave a review. I called to get some information about renting storage for a future move. Brittany was intelligent, informative, friendly AND helpful. She let me know about a special that saved me money, when I can expect my auto payment every month, she set me up to know where I should park, the location of my storage, where to buy a lock, the office and storage hours etc. SHE COVERED EVERYTHING in a short time: BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Me and my family just moved in the area. We were in need of a storage unit temporarily. We were assisted and helped by Ronicia. Let me just say her customer service, mannerisms, and professional skills are exceptional! She was very helpful in getting us what we needed. She was also polite and professional handling the busy environment. Need more staff like her.

Brittany calmly talked to my sister as she was riding to the hospital with contractions . My sister called me to tell me that Brittany was so helpful and explained everything to the T. She didn't want me to rent storage anywhere else but here did here I am. I too just a a pleasant experience with her. She needs a raise I think . Great job Brittany. Thank you for helping us.

Brittany was absolutely phenomenal. She made the process and my experience far beyond 5 stars. Moving is always stressful, but with Brittany's help we were able to move in and out without any unforeseen issues. Great units, extremely clean & secure.
