Lady whom works there is very rude and has terrible customer skills. Rent ia also very high compared to other storage units around.

They don't care at all what happens to your things. I was gone for 3 months and while I was gone my lock was stolen off my unit, and they only contacted me by mailing a notice saying I didn't have it locked properly. Since I was gone I did not get the letter and by the time I figured anything out they told me there was nothing I could do about my unit getting into. I will be taking my business elsewhere and would recommend anybody else to do the same.
