Manheim has become a dumping ground for dealer vehicles that have fundamental faults too expensive to be rectified. Obvious mechanical faults are intentionally overlooked whilst particularly minor chips and scratches are declared perhaps to instil buyer confidence. No more Manheim.

Do not trust the people here. They will flat out lie to you about the nature of any "small problem"

The Bidding process is excellent and all works OK. What really, really annoys me is paying a minimum $33.00 buyers fee on a $20 item I just bought. The minimum charge goes on each item, small or otherwise, and I realize its on the terms and conditions, but that does'nt justify it or make it any more palatable. There are other auction sites that only charge a percentage without the (way out of proportion ) minimum fee. I would suggest you support these sites instead

This company offered me 1600-2600 for my car online. When I came here in person. Some tuxedo fella just looked at the car and said 500. He doesn't even looked underneath or so. Very bad behavior.

I received excellent sales support, after I was initially misinformed. So points for effort, but in the end I paid top dollar for an undrivable death trap. So thanks. now I can't work and have no money. Yay.

Great service, quick and easy. Guys in the pick up office were really helpful and accommodating. Much better experience here than at Pickles.

Got the desired result but not without hassles. Advertised the car as 2013 when 2015. Also as 3 speed when it was 5 speed. Advised payment would take 48 hours but took a week. Their commission rates were much lower than their competitors.

I find their online bidding system a total scam. I understand that there are sale fees etc and accept that, but to hold "Simulcast" online auctions whereby I cannot even attend their premises to bid on a bike and must do it online AFTER having to pay $48 to upgrade to full membership is a total joke! I've read the response of another reviewer and they were told it stops bogus bids, but I don't accept that. Pickles don't force you to do that. Pickles obviously have a better system for online bidding and maybe Manheim needs to take a look at the way it's done.

I cannot even delete my account and now am stuck receiving emails about auctions I will NEVER buy at. I refuse to pay $48 upgrade fee, plus buyer fees, plus administration fees and I bet my balls they would charge a fee if payment is made via Credit Card, even though the banks don't charge a fee for credit card payment. Total Scam. Happy for Manheim to delete my account on my behalf, because I cannot do it.

Recently i have purchased a vehicle from Melbourne Manheim site, there transportion department lied to me, they have told me that if i pay today (that day) then my car will be deleivered in 2 days time, however after receiving the money i was notified via email that car will be tranported in 10 days time. That is a joke! And super unprofessional ethics of work.
