ANY AND ALL REVIEWS POSTED BEFORE SEPTEMBER 2021, WHICH IS 4 MONTHS AGO TO DATE, SHOULD BE REMOVED, NULL AND VOIDED AS THOSE REVIEWS WERE SUBMITTED BEFORE NEW MANAGEMENT AND NEW OWNERSHIP TOOK OVER. ALL REVIEWS POSTED BEFORE SEPTEMBER 2021 PERTAINED TO THE THEN OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT OF THE FACILITY AND NOT TOWARDS THE NOW NEW OWNER/MANAGEMENT OF A PUBLIX STORAGE THE NEW OWNER OF THE STORAGE IS ARROGANT AND INCOMPASSIONATE, TO SAY THE LEAST.
I PAID MY STORAGE RENT OF $411 THE 1ST OF SEPTEMBER AS I HAD ALWAYS PAID IN THE MONTHS BEFORE FOR APPROXIMATELY 2 AND 1/2 YEARS, WITHOUT FAULT. WHEN THE NEW OWNER TOOK OVER AND I MET HIM AROUND THE SECOND WEEK OF SEPTEMBER WITHIN THE THIRD WEEK I WAS RESTRICTED ACCESS INTO THE FACILITY I COULD NOT GET INSIDE THE GATE AND ACCESS MY UNITS THERE WAS A NOTICE ON MY UNITS THAT I WITNESSED OUTSIDE OF THE FENCE THAT SAID RESTRICTED ACCESS C MANAGEMENT I PAID MY BILL OF $411 ON THE 1ST OF SEPTEMBER WITHIN 4 DAYS OF MEETING THE NEW OWNER I WAS RESTRICTED ACCESS INTO MY UNITS THERE IS MUCH MORE THAT NEEDS TO BE SAID ABOUT THE NEW OWNER, WHOM LIVES IN ARIZONA, AND THERE WILL BE, AS I HAVE MORE TO SAY IN REFERENCE TO MY BEING RESTRICTED ACCESS OF MY UNITS AFTER MAKING MY PAYMENT ON TIME SEPTEMBER 1ST 2021. AND ON A PERSONAL NOTE I FEEL HE DOESN'T CONTRIBUTE ANY OF HIS EARNINGS (FROM WHICH HE RECEIVES FROM THE CONSUMERS THAT HAVE CHOSEN TO RENT AT THIS OKLAHOMA BASED BUSINESS) TO OKLAHOMA-BASED RETAIL/FOOD/HOTEL FACILITIES. FOR NOW I WILL CLOSE THIS REVIEW BY SAYING THE NEW OWNER DOES NOT HOLD A CANDLE TO THE PREVIOUS OWNERS AND ALL REVIEWS SUBMITTED BEFORE SEPTEMBER 1ST OF 2021 SHOULD BE REMOVED AND THE OVERALL SCORE SHOULD BE REEVALUATED IN WHICH WILL ADHERE TO THE NEW OWNERSHIP. AND ONE OTHER THING BEFORE CLOSING THE NEW MANAGEMENT BUSINESS CARDS ADVERTISE THE FACILITY BEING OPENED 24 HOURS, WHICH FROM MY UNDERSTANDING FROM THE NEW OWNER THE FACILITY NO LONGER IS OPEN 24 HOURS, THEREFORE, THE NEW MANAGEMENT/NEW OWNER NEED TO HAVE NEW BUSINESS CARDS MADE UP WITH THE CORRECT BUSINESS HOURS STIPULATED. ADVERTISING A FACILITY BEING OPEN 24 HOURS IN WHICH IT IS NOT IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND MISS LEADING TO CONSUMERS WHO ARE SEEKING SELF STORAGE FACILITIES.

Nice people to deal with. Very friendly and helpful. Only wenhave had was a renter was getting rid of a shelf and said my husband could have it. A couple in a truck that seems to live on site that cussed my husband and I out when we stopped to get it. Said if we was taking that "trash" we had to go and pick up all trash outside all units. Was a cold and windy day.
We simply Said we was not told we have to so we will not. Husband tooks shelf out and left it. That lady took it. Not the issues we want to deal with when you just lost your only grandson (a year old) to liver cancer. We was storing some of his stuff in storage. The only reason we have a storage shed. Sorry for my rant. I highly recommend this company though.

Very nice facility, clean and secure. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have units of various sizes to accommodate your storage needs, and also provide safe and secure vehicle and RV parking storage. The rates are every reasonable. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage needs. If I could give it a higher rating than 5 stars I would. Thanks A Publix!
