Tamra keeps tight reigns on who enters the facility. I forgot my gate code. Was walking thru and she stopped me. Verified who I was, made sure I had my gate code and was on my way!

Tamra has been so helpful with figuring out changing storage fees to avoid late fees. She's always cheerful and understanding on the phone. Buxbear is lucky to have her!

I've been a customer at this facility / site for a little while and I trust the manager. Today I went in to add another service. When I arrived there were three of us in the office doing paperwork and the phone was ringing non-stop. Not one customer or call was ignored. Callers had enquiries concerning different matters at two separate facilities and all were answered quickly and clearly. Auctions and payment, online booking processes, weed abatement; fire safety checks. this is what I observed and I was not in the office very long.

The level of multitasking that was going on was head-spinning as well as being a pleasure to watch. Effective, efficient, competent, friendly. That is an impressive skill set. Thanks for your consistently outstanding service which is always accompanied by good humour. May I leave six stars? :D

Tamara is Absolutely Amazing! She's friendly and funny and gets it All done! I personally admire her dedication to her job and her clients and the property. I've rented with her Twice on West Main and I have Never been disappointed. What a Great gal!
