What can i say, plenty of room to drop a trailer and even to crash for the night, just make sure you stay on the asphalt until you get to the yard and dont take any dirt roads before you drop your trailer.

It floods here alot. And you can get stuck in the mud if you have a far back lot. Good location though.

If you are thinking of renting a space here it a dirt lot with a lot of pot holes. Becomes a mud pit when it rains. Impossible to keep personal vehicle, work truck and trailer clean.
