Critical: Professionalism I hire them to put my roof and now after five years shingles are flying away I call them they never show up to fix it I hired another company Service: Roof installation

Didn't want to really give details to make a sell we had the money guy didn't sound interested so we left

Looked around their facility and had an estimate on one of my projects. Think they are a good outfit, a bit on the pricey side and I might use them depending on other estimates.

Nice, respectful, staff and flexible delivery to accommodate our schedule. Delivery was a breeze with the trailer they have, it was able to maneuver into our yard from an alleyway here in town. Awesome job and thank you very much. It's nice to have such wonderful people providing such great service our community.

These guys were awesome! I called Ron back in March to see about adding an awning on to my house. He came out and was very polite and professional. He was able to offer suggestions and write up a reasonable contract. Fast forward a few months (supply chains are all messed up so it took a little longer than planned to get materials. But that's not Mor Storage's fault). Clint and Mikey came out and immediately got to work.

It's clear these guys know what they're doing! They worked really efficiently and got my awning up super fast! It only took them two days and that's largely because the amount of notching they had to do for my particular porch. They always checked with me for my opinion on things if something came up. They did such a great job! I would recommend these guys to anyone!

I'll be writing as many positive reviews as I possibly can. There was a slight issue with the electrical wiring, but as soon as I told them about it they called and electrician and had him fix it in about 10 minutes. Seriously, I can't say enough good things about these guys! Keep up the great work!

Critical: Responsiveness I've called, I've stopped by, I've messaged, after many months I cannot get a quote out of them. I've asked for quotes on a pretty basic shed and three carports, and have yet to receive anything. At this point I wouldn't give them my business,

Every part of the garage process was awesome except the insulation guys were in a hurry and cut some wires to the garage doors which the garage door contractors were more than willing to fix. Working with Chad was very efficient and very helpful. Only reason for 3 stars was the electrician, laziest electrician I have dealt with I recommend finding your own.

We have bought 3 wood sheds from this place. Very very expensive and needed painting the first year. Was looking for one with a metal / steel siding and roof with a roll up steel door. Told them we had several of their wood ones but for this particular job / use needed a steel siding and roof. Basically said they were not available ( I have seen many around town and that is why I wanted one like them ) and that I would have to take their $7,000 wood one.

Slowly walked away and will never return. We have 3 teenage sons and they will never become customers of this place because of this attitude. My husband said he would find what I wanted even if he had to go to Salt Lake City or Denver and haul it back himself.

Best selection and availability in town for pre-built sheds but it can be difficult to nail down a timeline for when exactly an on-site building project will be completed. We were very impressed initially with their eagerness, willingness to accommodate any and all questions, and promptness in getting us all set up but we ended up at 4 months from signing to completion on a basic (no electric or plumbing) 2 car garage with very little oversight and communication until the very end.

We did have a few problems with oversight and communication but the owner, Chad, eventually realized and stepped in even managing to complete our building project by the financing deadline. I was personally impressed with the different crews building our shop, the delivery process for our shed (amazing driver), and Jeff, our shed salesman. The workers that work in the officer are lovely. But if I could give the delivery driver a negative number on this review I would. Not only is he rude and unprofessional, but he shows up on the property UNANNOUNCED with no phone call and drives in like he owns the place (he has done this numerous times). He can't measure height to save his life and doesn't want to do the job.

We have bought one shed recently and were wanting to do another because of the ease of the rent to own, however after the driver came onto my property again without a phone call I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone again. If they get a new delivery driver they would be a great company but he is going to ruin this business.

Recently bought a 10X20 Shed. My overall experience was great from start to finish, Jeff helped us pick out the correct shed we were wanting. Robert delivered it to us yesterday and he is a master at delivery. Great guys, happy with our product, only thing is our key to our shed was missing. Called them up and hopefully they will be getting that mailed to me asap. I was hesitant to go with you guys because of some of the reviews, don't be! These guys are great, product is great and I am happy. Thank you!

Nightmare! On a yellow piece of paper signed by Moore Storage $4300.00 allowance to run power and water to the barn. My bill AFTER the job was done completely done came to $8,000.00 versus the $4300.00. No warning.nothing! After several phone calls.,C had took off $900.00. But that was all Chad could do. Chad shamed me and said he wasn't making any money by taking off the $900.00.

I told Chad that I would not have had them do the work had I been quoted $8000.00 to begin with. Moore Storage tore up our yard and our sprinklers. They Destroyed our grass with the backhoe when they dug the trench. They did not try to preserve any of our yard. Tracks all over our yard. I was just sickened and saddened to see all of our hard work just ruined!

We had a 12x 40 metal building built by them. They bid us 600 to level the ground. There are huge gaps on the ground. When we put our horse stalls into the barn we had to jack up two sides And place boards under the stalls due to the slope. They didn't level anything! Oh and screws left on the ground everywhere! I don't think they care! Maybe they have so much business and this is just the way it is? I will be sharing my experience with my friends and family!

I don't know anything about how this company does business but either the owner or an employee was a complete ass today driving through the parking lot hauling a trailer with a small piece of equipment at the Sprouts store. There were a couple of older drivers and pedestrians that were slowing down his progress getting through to the street on the other side.

He proceeded to slam his horn several times and wave his arms in anger. A few customers witnessed this unacceptable behavior and commented that the company should be informed of his asinine actions. Guess that's me. You've been informed.

Chad and his guys did our remodel for our kitchen. Very nice to have someone run the project from start to finish. We would definitely use them again for any future projects.

I usually only write a review when it's bad but this company was good from start to finish. They built a shed and held on to it for a month until I raised the balance due. They then delivered it on time and had it in place in 30+ minutes. Good job.

Ordered two sheds with the agreement they would deliver and assemble them. The day they were suppose to come they forgot to bring several pieces needed to start the job. That was a Friday. Instead of going and getting the parts that they forgot and completing the job on the day that we agreed upon, they decided to take the rest of the day off. Monday came and they forgot the parts again. Tuesday they came and did most of the job but again forgot a piece of trim. Yesterday, three months later, I finally received the rest of my parts that they carelessly threw onto my driveway and left.
