I think ACE Relocation Systems was excellent because of the driver and loading/unloading team. Everything arrived exactly on time with no damage. Even our new home was spared from wall, door or floor marks. Solid 10/10.

We were so very please with Ace Relocation Systems in assisting us with our move from Olmsted Falls to Marblehead. Matt and his co-workers were so professional, caring, and helpful. All of our furniture was wrapped carefully in shipping blankets and shrink wrap before placed on the truck. They were very conscientious not to harm our home, and not to soil our carpeting.

When they delivered our furniture, they placed everything where we requested. We could not have asked for better service. They were also very punctual and completed the job quickly so that we had time to continue to get settled in that day. We would recommend them highly!

Movers are professional and friendly. They gave precise time for pickup and delivery; and honored it. Great service and highly recommended

Good experience overall. Unloading team was fantastic. Loading team was fine but our silverware and baking sheets did not get packed. Driver seemed to know our house better than us which was impressive. The worst part was the actual cost being $2k more than the estimate despite predicting actual would be lower.

We relocated from Texas to Ohio this summer for my husbands job. We had very low expectations of our move because we heard horror stories, but ACE/Mills Van Lines/Atlas movers exceeded our wildest expectations. It was smooth from start to finish. Everyone was professional, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our items were moved carefully.

We would 100% recommend them to anyone needing to move. Shout out to Nolan- he was INCREDIBLE and even spoke to another moving company on my behalf because they were being rude and hassling me about not picking them.

Excellent experience moving cross country. End to end service was supportive. Sure it's pricey but you get what you pay for and these people are top notch.

Excellent Movers, Excellent Management, I've worked for a few Moving companys this one by far has been the best in almost all aspects possible. The equipment is top notch. Only bad thing is (Depending on who you are) they will work you and work you and work you work you until you backing for a day off when it's not slow that is because they can't seem to get enough guys at the right like a lot of other moving companies.

IF YOU ARE RELOCATING DO NOT USE MILLS VAN LINES! Sticking only to the facts: 1. The actual cost of the move was 17% MORE than estimated, even after we sold most of our furniture, and after we were told by a senior VP that we would not be charged more than estimated. It was also 44% MORE than the industry average (based on an average interstate relocation estimate from the American Moving and Storage Association). 2.

They did not plan for enough space on the initial truck so the remainder of our items were picked up in an unmarked truck and shipped to an unknown warehouse. Inventory for those items were written on a spiral notebook. 3. They did not know where some of our household goods were or when we could expect them to be delivered for over two weeks. 4. Difficult to communicate with.

At one point waiting more than a week and a half to receive a reply. 5. Items lost and damaged. In my opinion, relocations are stressful enough. If you are looking for a relocation company to help take some of that stress away, Mills Van Lines is NOT the company you are looking for. If you are looking for an economical move, Mills Van Lines is NOT the company you are looking for.

After being rushed to be at out cross country destination, only 3/4 of our items were delivered. The remainder was in storage and we were unable to get a time of delivery for over 2 weeks. We were over charged and their behavior was completely unacceptable. Communication was horrible. Because we weren't part of a large corporate relocation we were not a priority for them at all, and they showed that.

We talked with managers and still got no where. Their main priory was getting paid without any customer service or even proper decency. Find someone else to help you with your move! Hey

One of the worst moving companies - EVER. My husband and I moved to Texas using this van line. We paid $11,000 for a company who lost some priceless items! I am out $500 for a brand new Corelle dinner set. They also "lost" my Precious moments bears which cannot be replaced. They "lost" a projector worth $1500. They seems to "lose" the most valuable items.

They have a problem with a disorganized crew. Many of the items from various rooms were packed in with items from the garage. They are horrible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am out approximately $4,000 in items which were either damaged including a Swarosky crystal angel and the items mentioned. They DID NOT ASSEMBLE everything they were supposed to assemble resulting in another service coming out to do what they were supposed to do.

Some time has passed since the first review, and I have reason to believe everything has changed for the better with how this company does business. This move was a corporate relocation move, so I'm not sure if that makes a difference. I've had moving companies come help me move before, and none of them even compare to Ralph and Mike from Mills Van Lines.

These two guys were able to pack and load my 2800 sq. ft. house in roughly 9 hours, including a 6'2 grand piano (of which previous moving companies required at least 5-6 guys to pack and load). They were fast and capable at their job, and I couldn't be happier. They even were able to deliver the piano to a different location, and were more than willing to work with my schedule. Ralph and Mike were professional, receptive, and responsive to my requirements, and they did a fantastic job.

Everything arrived in exactly the same condition, and they did a great job setting up everything afterwards as well. In addition, they even offered to take some of the debris away. The coordinator at Mills Van Lines was helpful and arranged everything ahead of time. She kept in contact to see how everything was going, and it really made a difference in knowing that everything was going according to plan. Overall, I would definitely recommend using Mills Van Lines, since they do business the right way, and their service clearly shows it.

DO NOT USE MILLS VAN LINES. They are the most unorganized group of people who cannot handle the simpliest of moves. They were late in delivering my household goods, lost a crate, made me move the last crate of goods into my own house, ripped off a branch on a tree, violated OSHA laws by having a single person delivery my goods, and did a lousy job in packing.

They showed up to pack my goods looking like street day laborerd, with no uniform or company id or logo. They overpacked unbreakable items and underpacked breakable ones. Amongst themselves they could not even agree on procedures and policies. DO NOT use this company. They are very unprofessional

On 7/22/10 Mills Van Lines moved my neighbors into their house - while positioning their truck they jumped the curb in front of my house and did damage to my lawn and driveway, when I contacted Kelly Mills she informed me it was her belief they weren't liable because they are regulated by the US DOT to drive on all streets, when I informed her my lawn and driveway were private not public she just kept repeating they weren't liable.

When I asked for their motor vehicle insurance information she refused (isn't this illegal to refuse?). The estimate I received from my homeowners insurance company was only $469.03 - guess they must need the money more than they believe I do
