I had a storage unit here for years. The staff here is great! Always friendly. The manager was always very helpful to me. My daughter recently open a storage unit there and she told me about her good experience when she opened her unit. I told here they are always nice there. Great customer relations.

THIS COMPANY IS VERRRYYY! UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNAPPRECIATIVE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS, I RENTED FROM THEM FROM 2006 TO LAST MONTH WHEN I DECIDED IVE HAD ENOUGH, YOU WOULD THINK IF YOU SPENT 10,000 PLUS WITH A COMPANY OVER A 10 YEAR PERIOD, THEY WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS, BUT NOT THEM, WHEN THIS PANDEMIC HIT, THEY OFFERED NO DEFERRED PAYMENT, AND NO RELIEF AT ALL THIS COMPANY ONLY CARES ABOUT THEIR BOTTOM LINE, DO NOT RENT HERE! AND THE STAFF IS RUDE, I HAD TO ACTUALLY ARGUE WITH A STAFF MEMBER CAUSE I WAS DUMPING BOXES FOR RIMS I HAD PURCHASED, FOR THE TRUCK THAT I KEPT THERE, GO FIGURE WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!

DIsappointed and LITERALLY in tears BEWARE! I was hit by a car and some really great friends put my stuff in storage for me while I was recovering. Fast forward 2 whole years and while they were taking my stuff out of storage there was an active leak happening and most of my stuff on that side was wet and mildewed and covered in mold. I called the front desk guy and he seemed unbothered even after I mentioned the floor was wet and mold was coming all up the walls.
Nothing more than an apology and have a nice day. Literally I'm starting over AGAIN =. I also asked him if he would notify the person next to me that their unit was probably leaking too.so if you are in unit 401 check your stuff.

I was disturbed by the lack of customer service by Jimmy, Sales man. When I spend my money for business and services I need to see a standard of professionalism. I have spent $1000's with this location and I wish that I never had after Jimmy became belligerent over the phone with me. When I asked him what was wrong he stated that I called him 5 minutes before closing and hung up on me.
