I have dealt with other movers in the past for my daughter's pack and storage needs for college; however, Arnoff Movers is exceptional in its service and professionalism. I feel that they really care about their customers by providing direct quotes of services and quick responses to any questions one may have! In addition, all have been courteous and have treated my daughter with consideration and respect! I highly recommend them for your moving and storage needs!.

We were very satisfied with our move using Arnoff Movers. The truck pulled up on time. The three workers were great! They were quick, careful and efficient. When they arrived are at our new address, the did a wonderful job placing the furniture and many boxes in our new home. I would recommend Arnoff Movers for your next move!

In every sense this is a thoroughly competent company. Staff is very responsive, helpful and prompt. We have used Arnoff twice and in each case the crew assigned to us (by our request for the second move) was on time, diligent, efficient, courteous and thorough. We are very happy with Arnoff and encourage anyone planning to move to use their services.

I chose Arnoff after getting two quotes and what I liked about Arnoff was they guaranteed the price and said it would be exactly what they stated. The movers arrived within the time stated, there were three of them and they were all very courteous and nice and did their best to be very careful with our possessions. Overall I was very satisfied with the service I was provided and the three men that were sent and would recommend to a friend.

I've moved several times over the past few years. Arnoff is by far the best moving company I've ever worked with. Arnoff made the moving process easy and efficient. They don't know this, but they helped me through a very stressful time in my life. It was nice not to have to battle with a moving company to do whats right. Brian offered me a fair price. Doreen responded to my questions in a timely manner. The movers picked up and delivered when they said they would. No items were damaged.

On 1/31 at approximately 2:55pm, a tractor trailer owned by Arnoff Moving was driving on I-87 around the exit 8 area (White Plains area I believe). I was traveling 62mph (speed limit is 55) when the truck began tailgating me and flashing its lights. There was a car not too far in front of me, so I was confused why the truck driver was flashing the lights.

The truck driver proceeded to move to the left lane, speed ahead, did not signal but began merging into my lane even though my car was directly to the right of the truck. This led him to driving in between two lanes for some distance (again with my car directly to his right) because he was trying to cut me off and didn't have the space to merge correctly because there was a car already (closely) in front of me.

I began honking my horn repeatedly, which he ignored. I was able to shift to the right lane luckily because there were no cars next to me. Before this event occurred, I noted the truck had been driving on I-95 in the center lane and, once again, did not signal to change lanes and at the very last minute he took exit 21, which leads to I-87. I don't know what kind of people Arnoff Moving employs, but they obviously need to sit in additional driving classes. An accident could've happened because that driver wanted to drive like a deranged animal. Last time I checked I-87 is a highway and not a NASCAR race track.

This company went above and beyond in helping with my daughter's move. Arriving on time, very professional, dealing with challenges of closed streets and obstacles at the dorm when delivering in NYC, able to modify delivery location and timing at the last minute. Stellar business providing fantastic services.

I recently hired Arnoff to do a move-out and ship items cross-country. The team arrived on time, were professional and handled our items carefully. This was a very positive experience from start to finish, from the estimating and scheduling to the moving and delivery. The movers were very nice and we're done loading in an hour and a half! The team was responsive to my questions, provided boxes, moving blankets, and mattress bags. Unloading the truck took a little longer due to the way the stairs were, but the two men were able to overcome the challenge and were back on the road in a few hours. Additionally, they took extra care of my glass lamp shades and removed them, and the light bulbs and packaged them safely.

The beginning process was great and the items were picked up quickly then place in their warehouse. I discussed at length the need to have a heads up when the items would be arriving as I needed to coordinate being at the location along with 2 family members when the truck arrived. I got less than 24 hr notice. No one 'recalled' the conversation about the need to know in advance to coordinate.

Plus the person living at the location that the delivery was going to tested positive for covid and no American Van lines nor Arnoff had any contingency plans in the event of an unforeseen emergency other than to charge me storage and redelivery fees. Could not believe such a large company had no Covid plan. Cery disappointed in their service after they got my money. Denise in the office was quite rude But again they were already paid so why care. The best thing was the actual truck driver who worked with me to accommodate the delivery.

The two movers were efficient, polite and very accommodating. I would have liked one of them to do the final walk through with me as I missed two items that I had to follow up on afterwards. At the end of the work day, they were settling paperwork and did not complete this with me. I would recommend that three movers be assigned as it is a long, strenuous day for only two people. I will use Arnoff again for a future move and recommend them to others. Thank you!

We recently used Arnoff to transport a family heirloom dining room set from NY to Washington DC. We were very pleased with the service we received from the crew on both ends and also from the staff who helped us get the move scheduled. The team who moved the furniture was very friendly, courteous, and great at what they do. They were very careful to wrap and pack all pieces carefully and managed to pickup and deliver the set without even any scratches. We would certainly use the team at Arnoff again next time we have household moving needs.

Unhappy Customer - Very disappointed with this service. I moved from out of region (Indiana to West Point) but wanted to use a local company. During in the process of the move my wardrobe boxes that contained all of my clothes were somehow lost. I contacted Arnoff and was was told to file a claim. The claim then went through a claim agency and a lowball settlement amount was offered.

In researching the next steps to appeal the settlement I discovered it would have only prolonged the time and cost me more money. I would have my claim sent to an arbitrator and that would have wanted receipts for my clothing items. Who has receipts for all the items in their closet? It's a racket designed to protect the moving companies. I sent numerous emails and did receive one from one of the Arnoff family members however it was just lip service in the end.

I reluctantly accepted the settlement offer which was substantially below any numerical value to replace my entire closet. I sent a final email asking them to give the service one would expect from a local company and the human touch but never heard back. They came highly recommended and I have shared my story with other friends and voiced me frustrations. I can say that I will advise anyone moving to the area to use another company.

My husband and I moved from NY to Florida in August 2021. Picking a moving company to move your entire life is not an easy task. We had heard so many horror stories, and also had gotten a bunch of different estimates for varies companies. We ended up choosing Arnoff, we knew they had been around for years and had a great reputation and wonderful reviews. WE ABSOLUTELY MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE!

From the start, Phil came over and gave us an estimate. Then organizing everything with Denise. Finally moving day came, Shane was our driver, Bill and the 2 other movers came to our house (sorry forgot their names) All 4 were fantastic! That whole crew made moving day stress free! It was no different once our belongings arrived in Florida. Shane and his crew in Florida were equally as amazing! Shane was in contact with us from the beginning, he was there when he said he would be, he totally put my mind at ease. He is absolutely a true professional! I cannot thank him enough for the wonderful job he did! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a moving company to use Arnoff!
