Danielle at ReloTrans booked Gigi Line as the transporter for my car shipment from Illinois to California. The pickup and drop-off were completed on time without damage. Danielle was in close contact with me throughout the whole process and her attention to my shipment far exceeded my expectations. Simple and straightforward process for me as the transferee. Thanks!

They transported my car from OH to FL. They scratched my car door handles and then later offered to compensate me only with a car wash. Terrible customer service! 0/5 Also, they are a big fraud and liar. Except being lied to by the claim representative "Deb" in every step of the process.

Totally thieves, they take more than 30 days to make a payment, if you get paid, they play with the money of the companies that work very hard to make the business work, I have called them more than 40 times in a period 20 days, and no one answers, I have sent them an email, and nothing happens. they ignore the carriers after they deliver the cars.

Transporters be aware. This company does not pay. They don't answer the phone or emails. Tim will be very nice so you move the units but when payments comes he stops answering. Kim or Cortney at accounting do there minimun and don't even know what they are doing. And customers be aware theirs cars are not moved very fast because they don't pay. Ypu will be better off.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value As a transportation company owner I highly recommend you stay as far away from this company as possible. We transported units for this company and they have not payed their invoices. They will dodge your phone calls and not return phone calls or emails. very unprofessional and full of excuses.

I worked with Celeste at ReloTrans on my vehicle shipment through a corporate relocation. She was fantastic. Very attentive, communicative, and caring throughout the entire process and most importantly, very easy to work with. Process was smooth and my car arrived within 6 days of being picked up, going from Chicago, IL to North Carolina. Overall, I would recommend this company and give a huge thank you to Celeste.

We transported a vehicle for ReloTrans and have not been paid for the transport. They are a broker and are pocketing thousands of dollars by not paying out their drivers. DO NOT USE THEM AND DO NOT TRANSPORT CARS FOR THEM!SCAMMMMMM! BEWARE!

Completely careless with your vehicles - the pristine paint on my 30 year old classic Jeep was damaged with pink transmission fluid because they parked a leaking junker above it. When I made contact they brushed me off to a different department with no apology, lectured me on their claims process, and demanded I fill out a bunch of paperwork within 48 hours in order to file a claim - all in the middle of me moving across country while my printer is packed and I'm busy moving in to a new house. Absolutely absurd and ridiculous the way they treat you and your vehicles.

Don't use this company they are scammers! As a transport company we performed work for this company and they did not pay for the completed work. they will use you to get what they want then dodge you and not return your call or emails. I highly recommend you find a different company to transport your car. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I will post a copy of my contract with this company to expose there lies with their names and contact info.

My wife's employer hired Relotrans to transport our car from Michigan to Washington state. When it was set to be delivered, there were a bunch of inexplicable delays, pushing it several hours later than was expected. When I came to pick it up from them in a dark parking lot near my house, they had the door open for me and I looked around and didn't see anything wrong with it and signed off.

The next time I used the car, a couple days later, I noticed there was a line of glue around the driver's side handle. I was a little confused, but I convinced myself that it had probably always been like that and I just hadn't noticed it. Then the next time I used it, the lock mechanism was completely broken and I couldn't unlock it.

At that point, I looked at the handle again and noticed some glue that had dripped onto the door--I finally realized that I was definitely not imagining that the glue was new. I contacted them about this, with photos, and they denied all responsibility for it, since I had signed off on their delivery that arrived suspiciously late in the day, in the dark, and with the door open and waiting for me so that I didn't look at the handle.

I went to two repair shops and got estimates for around $1,500, and Relotrans refused to reimburse us anything for rendering our driver's side door unusable. The car was only worth about $2000, so we had to just trade it in for the bare minimum and buy a new car. Absolutely do not use this company.

My company has used Relotrans for over a decade. Frank & his team offer a customer service level that is 2nd to none in the corporate relocation sector. I have personally initiated hundreds of auto movements with them over the years. What sets Relotrans apart is their unwavering commitment to the corporate client. When something goes wrong, they fix it. We are in the "no noise" business and these folks know what that means.

One star is being overly generous, as one star presupposes that there is at least something redeeming about their services. Not here! Relotrans picked up our two cars from Orlando, Florida on 6/27/18 to ship to northern California. It is now 7/16/18 and we still do not have our cars, much less any concrete answers as to where our cars are or when we should receive them. Now, after much pushing, they have given us an estimate of arrival of 7/19-7/23.

I could have driven from Florida to California and back multiple times in this amount of time! They scoff when you question them and sneer when you insist that they pay for the rentals you were forced to rent while waiting for them to arrive. Worst Worst worst ever. They also don't tell you that only AFTER they pick up your cars, they store them in a salvage yard waiting for someone to bid on the job. I am a licensed California and Florida attorney and will certainly hold them responsible for any additional delay and/or damage to our vehicles. 100% ridiculous.

They contract with drivers and tow yards that will ransack your car! Any accessories in your car will be stolen. I suggest you use a more honest vendor with a more rigorous loss-prevention program.

I literally just created a Yelp account to make this review. If you can control it, do NOT use this company. My car sustained 15k worth of damages. I had to fight for days just for them to cough up the deductible for my vehicle.

I recently had to deal with ReloTrans to transport my car across the states, and it has been a nightmare. My car has had some dents on the bumper prior to the move, but whatever they did to the car during transportation has completely damaged the car and rendered it useless. As a previous poster has said, my car came covered in dirt and the delivery guy had us sign the documents right away without giving us time to inspect the car.

Upon further inspection, we noticed that ReloTrans has put screws into the bumper - that was a surprise since nobody has informed us nor asked for our permission. The screws lowered the bumper so much that after driving it for a few miles, the bumper completely fell off, not to mention that there were also other unrelated damages that were not existing during vehicle pick up.

I now had a car that was inoperable. I called the guy who has arranged for the move, but he simply referred me to their "claims" department. The lady handling the claim was unresponsive and unhelpful, even after I sent them plenty of paperwork, documentation, and pictures. I ended up filing a claim with my own auto insurance company because I needed to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

I was in a new city without a vehicle to get around. It turned out that my insurance company has deemed the vehicle as a total loss. Then the ReloTrans claims lady told me that because I've filed a claim with my insurance company, they cannot be held responsible for the claim! However, there was documentation of the condition of the vehicle at pick up and the vehicle was clearly in a drivable condition (keep in mind that I drove the car without any problem up until the day of the vehicle pick up).

Upon delivery, the damages were so bad that the vehicle had to be totaled, and that was caused by ReloTrans' mishandling during transportation. It's now been more than 2 months since ReloTrans damaged my car. Just because I file a claim with my own insurance company doesn't mean that ReloTrans is not responsible for the damages they caused.

I have a $2,500 deductible and I had to pay that out of pocket. I'm only asking that ReloTrans reimburse for the deductible portion, but they still tried to deny their responsibility. If you're reading this review, please avoid ReloTrans at all cost unless you want to risk another nightmare like mine.

I recently dealt with Relotrans in moving my small car from West Virginia to Washington state. The final delivery ended up being on the last day Relotrans projected for their 7 day delivery range. The driver called us 2 days before the car was set to be delivered and tried to convince us to pay for a cab or uber because he did not want to deliver the car directly to our new apartment, which has ample space for a vehicle delivery in the parking lot.

I stood my ground that the vehicle should be delivered directly to my apartment, and not to some random other public location. When the car arrived, it was absolutely filthy. The driver coerced us into signing the form saying that there was no damage, but honestly, there was no way to tell. The mirrors were so dirty you could not see out of them, there was mud on the interior of the car, and there was sediment and salt caked at the bottom of the front end.

We got heckled driving it to the car wash because of how embarrassingly dirty it was - not to mention how dangerous it is to drive with reduced visibility through your back windshield and side mirrors. When Relotrans called me to check if my car had been delivered, the representative was dismissive and uncaring. She offered no apology or restitution. If you have the option, use another service.

If I could give ReloTrans more than 5 stars I would. Seriously though, I had such a wonderful experience. Not only did my car arrive unharmed and undamaged in any way, it also arrived SOONER than I was expecting! Legit! Jill is wonderful! She was so helpful and the driver, Luis, who delivered my 1999 Pontiac Trans Am was so professional. If I ever need a car transported ever again I will use ReloTrans. The two jerks who wrote the negative reviews on here can s*ck it! ReloTrans is AWESOME! :

If you ever want to see your car within a month of giving it up, and you want a quality transporter, do NOT use the middleman known as ReloTrans. First, what is ReloTrans. They are a middleman booking automotive transport, often on behalf of a larger corporate relocation company. In my case ReloTrans was the vendor selected by Cartus. My new employer in Washington provided a full relocation package with my job offer.

Part of that package includes auto relocation. I still do not have my car as of 14Feb2013. Due to some hiccups my move was postponed. It was "back on" on 23Jan2013. My car was picked up from my home in the western Chicago suburbs on 26Jan2013. The car was not picked up from a Chicago "holding lot" to begin the journey to the Seattle area until 6Feb2013. An 11 day gap sitting around doing nothing.

I was lied to and told when I called during the first week that the car would begin its journey on 31Jan13. When searching for independent transport services (using uShip) immediate pickup and commencement of travel is readily available if flexible as to which reputable provider is actually used. In this case ReloTrans had preselected a provider whom they had pressured into a low bid. ReloTrans then allowed my car to sit in Chicago until it was convenient for that provider to pick up my automobile, resulting in the excessive nearly 2 week time lapse between my car being picked up and it actually beginning the journey from IL to Chicago.

Now on uShip the total cost for the shipment of my auto is about $750-$1000 when quoting my exact car (2010 Nissan Rogue) using the exact zip codes (from 60503 to 98188). I'm not sure if you can save enough off that via finding lowest bid to make up the extra 2 weeks of rental car coverage my corporate relocation package tells me they are covering.

Those extra weeks alone total roughly $860 after taxes at the corporate discounted rate. I say extra two weeks since according to uShip estimates, one week would be reasonable for the 4 day journey from Chicago to Seattle. At this point I'm told the driver is in Spokane with a broken down truck. I'm not sure my car even exists anymore, for all I know the VIN has been ground off and it's on a boat out of the country.

I will update my review once I have my car back or know I never will. It is not in the best financial interest of any company or individual to use ReloTrans to broker the best arrangement for automotive transport associated with corporate relocation or otherwise. They are rude, non responsive, and when your car is heavily delayed, ReloTrans is unwilling to do anything to rectify the situation and re-accelerate delivery And when I get frustrated with that they feed me sass, not results. Avoid ReloTrans at all costs.
