I have used Access self storage three times now for U Haul rentals and just recently rented a 26 ft. truck and the truck was in great shape. George the manager, Terri Lynn and the other front desk lady have always been super helpful and very professional. When you use Access you get so much more then just great service.

Previously was a customer a year or so ago and had wonderful service. Currently I would highly suggest finding a different business to store your items. Staff is very rude and needs some customer service skills!

Used this place for storage needs as well as u haul. Staff is always courteous and grounds are kept clean. If I scheduled for u haul pickup and it hasnt shown up 30 min before I'm supposed to pick it up, they always call me so I don't waste a trip then call me again when it arrives. Great customer service.

Everyone there was extremely nice to my sister and I. We were planned to pickup the 15 inches u-haul to get the furnitures for her apartment. Having the ramp for the truck is super helpful too. It helps with getting the dolly up with the furnitures. I will definitely recommend going to this location because they are very great people!
