Been a tenant here since 2019. Ive had two property managers first Chris and now Macie they were both the best The facility is affordable clean and just the perfect units for a small business. I tell you this. they take care of both the property and their tenants. Great place to start your new venture

They are like part of my family. I rented for three years and the service is beyond satisfaction. Instead of 5 stars-- I will double customer service to 10 -My overall experience is % satisfaction! Without a shadow of doubt they are one of the BEST!

Tenants have just been informed of yet another price increase - after a recent change in ownership. This will be the second price increase in a short time - and they still don't have propane available. The biggest issue though, is that the entire facility is covered with chalk rock - and the dust created by their high volume of in/out commercial daily traffic puts a thick coat of dust and dirt on everything in the whole facility.

When we started with them a couple of years ago, it was more reasonably priced than it is now - but the dust and dirt make it miserable. Oh, they also have frequent gate issues - with gates left open - which negates most of the security. Very disappointed and definitely will shop around for a better storage facility.

Outstanding customer service very friendly knowledgeable staff. I would give it five star if Public Storage had a keypad entrance at least every other door instead of one at the end of the building very inconvenient when your unit is on the opposite side. My light outside my unit was out for the last three months of my stay. Hall floors are very powdery dirty, my belongings would get this white powder dirt on them if I placed them on the floor.

I can say enough about the staff and property. Convenient location even for me who has a 30' travel trailer parked outside here. Easy access and perfect layout I think is another reason I like this place. That and we'll to be honest, the rates are lower than any j have looked. Trust me I looked around before this one. Way to go Lock-Away! Your staff is beyond compare and the convenience of 24hr access is awesome!

One of the best customer service experiences ever! I loved working with Macie; she was extremely understanding and worked with me on multiple occasions throughout my 2 month stay in an indoor storage unit. Will use again if I'm back in San Antonio. Customer service is a must for me and changes everything. I never do reviews either on just about anything (haha) but I can't rave about this company enough!

Great customer service and a very pleasant experience. On-sight air and water. Large lot with wide lanes and tall fences. I would recommend to friends and family!

Chris is a thoughtful and professional person who likes to take care of people properly. He really does what he is able to do in order to make your time at Lockaway Storage stress free. He is polite and considerate to everyone he meets. He is very easy to talk to and I believe he is one of the best managers I have ever dealt with. I really like him as a person but I also like him professionally. Please know that if you are going to do business with this facility you will be doing the right thing, you will be happy with the treatment you will receive.

Great place. Had my trailer there for 3 years. Very friendly staff and place is very clean. I will use them again!

We have been keeping our motorhome at Covenant RV & Boat Storage for over two years now. Two years ago we wrote a review and gave it 5 stars. Things have changed to say the least. Not for the better! Several months ago the original owner sold. The new owner recently raised prices due to taxes and to be like the competitors. This place is not like the competitor, Secure RV.

Secure RV offers on site maintenance. There are no where near the perks here that there are there. In addition, no speed limit. Our motorhome is FILTHY with all of these people driving 40-50 miles an hour on dirt and rocks. They kick this dust and rock all over our vehicle when we are here and the motorhome. They are currently building a ton of new covered parking which is why the price really increased.

It is to pay this off. Definitely not to make "improvements" for customers. I'm not satisfied with the decision making here or the facility at the new pricing. They raised pricing $20/month. If there were another facility in this area, we would definitely move our RV. Hopefully another RV storage will come in soon.

This place is awesome for RV storage. With rates that are some of the lowest around, wide lanes, free dump station and water refill (along with anything else you might need). Propane fill station. And on top of all that they are friendly. If you need storage for anything on wheels, this is your place.

This is by far the most awesome RV storage I have ever seen and dealt with. Kirk the owner always goes above and beyond to help everyone. last week he was helping those of us with little or no experience WINTERIZE our RVs. such a kind, sweet spirit young man. GOD has so blessed us. He treats everyone like they are a part of his family. Thank you Kirk for all you do and for your awesome testimony!
