The company is owned by Darren Speir who grew up in the piano business.

This company has one of my customers pianos. Everytime I call to arrange delivery to my customer the person answering the phone always says there's only one person who can help me and they are never there when I call. I've called numerous times and am always told the same thing. I find it absurd that only one person in your whole company can help me. Very poor service. And once I am finally able to get the piano I will not ever be using them again. I would highly recommend looking for other companies to assist you.
