Stow-It Self Storage

I have been thrilled with Stow-It. I work in the DFW region and travel there at least once or twice per month, so I bought a car and needed a parking/storage solution. I'm so glad I found Stow-It. They pick me up in a free shuttle from the DFW airport and take me right to my car (about 8 minutes' away), and when I'm ready to leave DFW, they shuttle me from their parking facility back to the airport (again, for free!). They have options for covered or non-covered parking and the price was reasonable. In short, they just made my business life a lot easier to manage and I'm a huge fan!

Very convenient and so much cheaper. Shuttle bus service to airport makes it perfect.

Horrible experience with this company! My classic cadillac was smashed flat by a tree on one of there properties they rent. They offered no money for the totalled car. Total loss on a caddy i had for 14 years. Hope Karma gets them good!

Honest, ethical, and sensitive and clear about possible renters needs and personalities in general. I was always informed of any changes, or news that applied to me. I never had any questions or concerns and everything was taken care of. Totally worth the $$ they ask for their service. Payments to me were always on time. I would refer them always and use them always!

Getting our storage space for our vehicle was a simple process, and Carmelo showed excellent communication skills while we got everything sorted. I did have an unfortunate incident with my vehicle while it was being stored, but Carmelo went above and beyond to make sure that the issue was handled satisfactorily. I was really impressed with the service I received, and I would not hesitate to use Stow It again in the future. Highly recommended!

Good communication between Stow It and then the hosts I chose. Hosts were terrific! Great service being provided here, with many storage options -- in our case the Denver area.

Great company and great service! Made the whole process simple and painless. Stored my truck for 16 months without a single issue. And the owners of the garage where my truck was held never had to worry about not getting payment because StowIt takes care of everything. Would highly recommend if you are in need!

I have received excellent customer service from the CEO, Carmelo, and am so thankful that Stow It exists! I was able to find a great spot for our travel trailer that I wouldn't have been able to find without Stow It!

The stow it guys are great! Any time I had a question or concern they were on it. They went the extra mile literally coming to my property to evaluate how to best to market the space with the goal of getting us the perfect renter, and they did. We are very satisfied with the level of service for their advertising, communications with potential renters and any concerns we have had after the property was rented.
