DO NOT RECOMMEND! They did a rush job during my PCs which caused majority of my things to break.

Our pack up and actual move was fine, but it started to go downhill when the lead mover, Dale Chavis, informed us that they drugged the golf cart out of the truck and that they damaged it. (The golf cart was working fine before the movers touched it.)He recommended not to drive it and to have a professional come to check it out. The claims set up an appliance repair man to come and after two minutes of driving he deemed it was fine.

My husband and I took it out that same dayfor 10 minute ride and smelt a burning odor. We were told the golf cart could catch on fire depending upon the issue. We reached out to claims and they said the claim was settled, and we needed to go to arbitration which I found out later was a $300 fee. We spent over 15k with this company on our move. All we have asked for this company was to have a professional look at it.

I called the claims supervisor two times and left voicemails. Unfortunately he never returned the call. I spoke to customer service and was informed they could not do anything about it. I would not recommend this moving company!

Absolute worst movers ever. We are military and this was our moving company assigned for our PCS. Our PCS was overseas and they tried every possible option to get out of following the military contract and crating our goods in our presence. They were completely unprepared and the employees ended up in a heated confrontation in my front yard.at 10PM.

Now that we have received our goods on the other end the damage and loss is excessive. We have moved a lot over the years and this is the absolute worst company, of this is your PCS move company ask for a reassignment. Also, we had to call the military liaison multiple times during pack and ship due to them not honoring the contract.

Let's be honest: moving is never fun. The people at Nilson made the process as easy as it can be. They were highly responsive, they showed up on time, they packed everything, and did no damage to my apartment or to my belongings. In short, everything you want from a mover.

Military family moving overseas: 1. The packing crew was nice but definitely not professional, presented themselves very poorly. Took off early (1:30pm) on the first of a 2 day pack, leaving them to scramble on the second day. 2. Many of my items weren't even packed into boxes, just wrapped in paper and thrown onto the truck. BS man, clearly couldn't have cared less about my stuff.just trying to get the job done. 3.

Just opened my stuff today. We've had 7 moves, this is hands down the worst. I've found so many damaged and destroyed items. My 55 inch tv destroyed. Family heirlooms destroyed. Kids keepsakes ruined. Plates, glasses, even a crockpot for gods sake was destroyed. Boxes were smashed. No wardrobe boxes used, my clothes were shoved into boxes that were no taller than 10 inches and about 32 inches long.they were splitting open when they were brought into the house.

Just a horrible experience and I would NEVER, EVER recommend this company. Those exact words will go in my official report to the govt. I always give people the benefit of the doubt, not a very critical person but this is the gods honest truth of how bad my experience was.

This has truly been my worst military move in 10 years. I am so disappointed by the service I received from this company. On the day of arrival, we had a delivery window of 8am-5pm. Around 11am I called to see if they had an ETA, and we found out that their truck broke down on I-95. I understand things happen, but we wouldn't have know if we didn't call.

The crew ended up showing up at 4pm, but they were not informed that with military moves, we expect things unpacked and the boxes taken. When we told the crew this, they started throwing our stuff around to the point that I just told them to stop. We were assured that since they didn't finish unpacking, we could later do a box pickup. A week later I called to schedule the box pickup and was told that they don't deliver to Raleigh.

Even though they previously dropped my things off in Raleigh? After speaking with the owner/manager (not completely clear on his title), John, I can truly understand where the attitude of the employees stems from. He is completely unprofessional and told me that he was doing me a favor delivering my stuff to Raleigh, from Fayetteville. As if, I as a service-member have any control over who the Army gives these contracts to. I would give this company negative stars if I could.

DO NOT HAVE THIS COMPANY DO ANYTHING FOR YOU! This company packed my household for a military PCS. Everything was ruined when it arrived in Texas. The kids who packed our stuff had no respect for anything. Lied on the packing sheet and said everything was messed up while packing. Everything was ripped open or scratched to living hell. I am beyond pissed as I just purchased all of my living furniture a month before moving.

When I contacted the company, they blew me off and told me to do a claim with the army. Not even a sorry or anything. DO NOT use them for anything, as they could careless about your property. Yet again Fayetteville holds true to its name, as being the worst place in North Carolina! BTW I'm pretty sure our packers were kids who answered a Craigslist ad.

What a joke! Try looking up Griffis, Fayetteville, NC to Fort Sam Houston. Picked up June 23. Talked to the guys dropping off our furniture, out couch was laying on its front, on a nail.
