Whether you're new to Bend or a returning Bend-ite, our facility is clean, convenient, affordable and provides a safe and secure place to store your belongings. Call or stop in! We are located near the South end of Bend on the East side of Hwy 97 across from Wal-Mart. On Badger Road, we are between First Interstate Bank and BJ's Quilts - across the street from Pioneer Crossing Shopping Mall.
Services
We try very hard to keep our rate at a reasonable price though competitive with the surrounding storage facilities. Our rental period is on a month to month contract after the first initial 30 day rental period. Rent is due in full on the 1st of each month. There is a small grace period prior to late fees being applied and late payment status.

South Side Storage is now under New Management effective 9/1/2015. Please note: We no longer have a required 15 day vacate notice and will refund entire deposit unless personal items are left in unit for us to dispose of. Look elsewhere for your storage needs. If you do not give them a 15 day notice of moving out they will keep your $25.00 deposit and act like they are doing you a favor by not charging you $48.00 for not enough notice. My husband and son swept the unit clean. Southside storage sent us the final statement and attached a generic fake picture of a pile of dirt that was left in the unit.
That was totally a lie because the unit was swept out and cleaned. For the simple fact of giving fraudulent reasons for keeping the deposit I am writing this review. I would not go there again and give them any business!
