Midway Storage Center

They book units through third parties and then do not keep the availability updated. Apparently they don't even let their employees know. After making a reservation, receiving voice calls from their company and the third party that I originally booked through, packing up my belongings and waiting patiently for some information on how to pay and get started, I was informed that they are completely booked up.

Nothing could be offered for compensation of this tremendous waste of time either. (I only asked for a discount on a future unit when it became available). I am extremely dissatisfied.

Locally owned by friendly people. They are willing to work with you if you get behind on your unit payment.

Horrible place. They don't care if people brake into the units. Cameras are junk. They are in over their heads!

Customer service oriented. You couldn't ask for a more friendly, gracious, and accommodating person than Ramona.

Great people to work with. And rates are reasonable. Would definitely recommend this storage center.
