The people out the were so nice and friendly I would tell any one if you need a storage unit that's the place to go

Rented a Uhaul.the girls were really nice and instructed to pick up after 1pm and return by Monday.to save a day charged.

Went here to rent trailer but they only do round trips on trailer I needed. Gentleman was helpful & gave phone number to find place with correct trailer.

Pam was very helpful. A great person to work with. I would recommend this self storage place if the need arises.

I rented a storage building and Koty helped me with the paper and showed me how to use the lock. He was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

Been here since fall of 2016 I have never had an issue. The office staff has always been great to deal with between renting unit or uhaul. There was a recent change in price but not very much of a difference.

They tried to give me an OLD truck which the check engine light was on and they were telling me its okay to drive 5 hours with that truck shaking the way it was. They get zero stars from me.

Worse experience ever. Do not rent uhual through them. Actually don't ever use uhual. They gave me the wrong truck, then the guys at Storage Solutions didn't lock the trailer onto the hitch. So when I went to put my car on the trailer the trailer jumped off the hitch and we had to struggle to try and physically LIFT AND move it because it was stuck on the truck DOOR!.

Then they charged my account multiple times and no one answers or when they do they hang up. They charged me twice (over 4,000) And when I called to get answers theyll blame you for being hung up on and then they'll hang up in your face. They have no compassion or empathy even though all the issues I've had was due to them and their company. They people that work there were actually nice, but not worth going with them isn't worth the headache or the the non empathy towards people who they know are in a situation due to a company they contract with.

The Manager and her assistant were amazing! Answered all my questions. The building was super clean. I will recommend them to others! Thank you so much, was a pleasure in meeting you both!

I have a lot of experience in moving and storage so believe me, Storage Solutions is top notch. The people there are mostly knowledgeable and sincerely helpful. It was refreshing for me to experience their service at the final stage of a cross country move. If you do not feel they are doing enough just ask for Mario the very capable manager.

Really friendly staff. Numerous sizing options. Pricey but feel confident and safe storing our things here. However, IT IS NOT PART OF FIRST MONTH FREE U-HAUL PROGRAM. Got roped into this location for 2 units because of U-haul's promise of first month free that Storage Solutions doesn't honor.
