I had my RV stored here for the last six months. During that time my RV was damaged twice. The first time theives stole my catalytic converter and the second time someone cut the fence next to my RV and tried to break into it. The locks on my Storage bin was damaged by someone trying to pry it open. I do not recommend this facility.

I went on line to see if they had a unit available in the size I needed. For the date that I wanted to start renting, I left that days date, which was Saturday, July 13. I didn't think any one would see the request until Monday when they opened again. I little bit later I was amazed to see that I had a missed call and a voice mail message from Anna at Best Storage calling to ask if I really needed the unit that night.

If so, they would have someone come and meet me at the office! Wow! i never expected that. Since I had missed the call, she left me a number to call back. THAT is customer service. I would recommend Best Storage in Tipp City to anyone. Thank you, Anna, and Best Storage for providing superior service to your customers!
