I was very pleased to be able to schedule my move quickly, and have things handled as professionally and smoothly as they were. Next time I'd definitely take the time to have an in-person consultation with the estimator, as there ended up being more to pack than anticipated, so more time and materials charges, but Gallo was more than fair about honoring the rest of the terms of the original estimate. Overall a great experience.

Brian is the Sales person on my account. He came to my old address the day after I called Gallo. As we walked through the apartment I could tell that he listened to my thoughts on how I wanted the move to go and he sent an itemized quote that same day. I had three firms come out and it took them days to do the same. I had some questions and needed some clarification. Brian always called me back within the hour and made me feel confident about the move.

On moving day, the team of Mike, Sam and Dennis showed up. Mike, the leader went through the specifics with me again and he and the team cleared my apartment quickly and efficiently. The guys were very polite and brought all my belongings into my new apartment quickly. They made sure to ask what room the boxes went and helped me with furniture layout.

At the end of the move, Mike reviewed the final invoice with me and let me know that it was $800 less than quoted. They cleaned up and left me feeling good about the entire experience. I wouldn't hesitate to give Gallo Moving high marks and recommendations.

From the first call to the unpacking at our new home, Gallo Moving & Storage was extremely professional and easy to work with. On the day of the move, Franco and his crew could not have been more courteous or professional. They answered all of our questions, made helpful suggestions, and were flexible with changes we made. We actually felt relaxed on the day of the move due to their expert work. We highly recommend Gallo and Franco and crew and are grateful for their services.

Gallo Moving did an amazing job yet again! I'm so impressed with the crew! Mike, Dennis and Duncan blew me away with their skills, attentiveness, professionalism, friendliness, and hard work. We had Gallo move our large items within Massachusetts. They packed up, moved, and set up everything in our new home the same day. The 4-man crew was led by Kevin who did everything he could to make sure we were happy thoughout the process. They were able to move up our date from Monday to Thursday at the last minute due to the forecast snowstorm. The office answered our phone calls and were very helpful. Everything went perfectly. I would strongly recommend Gallo.

The crew we had were excellent! They were professional, careful and polite, my furniture was in storage for almost 2 months but no damage found. If I were to ever mover again I would not hesitate to hire Gallo again.

Gallo Movers are Amazing! They went above and beyond what I imagined even possible from any moving company. They made it easy with their professionalism, respectfulness and care with our belongings, their kindness and character were enjoyable and the fantastic job they did moving was exceptional, careful and appreciated. An extra bonus was their empathy, consideration and understanding of my elderly mother who has dementia. They made her move to an assisted living complex so easy and smooth.

Gallo is the best! This is the second time I have used them. They are not inexpensive but if you want movers you can trust with your belonging and who will do a great job, hire them. They go above and beyond. If you want them to move a piece of furniture from place to place numerous times, they do it with a smile. They are efficient and personable.
