Our experience with Lowry's was more stressful than should have been. Foreman was nasty and aggressive. They wouldn't move our diningroom table unless we agreed on more money. The workers then made sure we would tip the Forman as well. I called the company twice during the move with no help and called at least three times after and was promised one of the owners would call back.

That still hasn't happened 2 weeks later. We also received someone else's wardrobe box filled but two weeks later we still haven't received a call back so that wardrobe box with clothes is gone. DON'T USE THEM! This is our third move and have never had such a horrible experience. Foreman was also unhappy with tip (which was given before any move) and wanted to give it back. We should have taken it. He never spoke or acted that way in front of my husband, just me, a woman.

Not only did Lowys come in with the best price, they were completely professional. Everyone was friendly and made a stressful event calm and smooth. I highly recommend Lowys

I would NEVER recommend this moving service to anyone. Believe me, pay more. It will be worth it to avoid the hassle of dealing with these people. First, they lied at the estimate and claimed that they would have no issue moving my workout machine. Then, the movers get here and say that they cant move it. So I had to call and speak to a manager about the fact that I was lied to and the item needed to be moved.

They told me to take it apart myself, which I then tried to do, but couldnt. So the manager came to try to "help me do it." I warned him not to use an automated tool, knowing that would strip the bolts, which is exactly what happened. His response? To threaten to "take my crew and leave and then you'll be screwed" because he didn't like the fact that I was rightfully mad at the horrible service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Poor. Buyer beware! The movers who showed up move very few pieces of furniture were destructive, inexperience, lacked any compassion for an elderly woman. Destroyed every piece of furniture. The VP sales is bogus, they file claim that are sent to you in corrupt file format and they do not return call. I have missing items due to their carelessness. STAY AWAY

THIS MOVE TOOK PLACE Sept 2018 The estimator was off by several hundred dollars, however I paid the additional money because I had NO idea what a poor job they had done until my final move last week! They broke my $3500 electric massage chair. I notified the company right away. never heard back. They stuffed the storage bin so poorly that they ripped a chair and crushed many of the boxes.

Several dishes and heirlooms were broken. The WORST of this move is they STOLE SOME OF MY PROPERTY! I just reached my final destination last week! I hired this company in good faith, paid them and now I have damaged property and stolen property! When I contacted both Mark and Keith, the owners, about my upset I NEVER received a call back! Receptionist told me to call the POLICE!

Nothing done about my damaged property! BUYER BE AWARE! I DO NOT CARE HOW LONG THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS. THEY DO NOT STAND BY THE PEOPLE THEY HIRE nor do they address any concerns that do not go well! READ ALL THE REVIEWS!

Extremely unhappy with service. Many broken, ruined and missing items. Made several attempts to rectify with company, only to be ignored. I did contact Owner and he communicated to me I should have paid for more insurance. In the meantime my furniture was irreparably ruined and/or broken, or no where to be found. Loss of my belongings and financial hardship.

Everyone is so friendly! My local move could not have gone better- everyone was so helpful and understanding. I will be recommending Lowy's to all of my friends and family.

Lowys was a pleasure to work with. They entire crew was very professional and made my move stress free!

Nothing but praise. time estimated correctly to the minute; and our crew was kind, introduced themselves, worked efficiently and professionally, and were appreciative and skilled. Top drawer all around.

Terrible! Most definitely made a mistake with this company. Everyone beware- if you chose this company make sure you write a detailed list of items to be moved even though they don't tell you that! I made a reservation for a move and spoke with someone on the phone. I specifically asked if they needed to come out to do an estimate (like other companies do) and was told it was not necessary. Maybe next time they should tell customers that if it isn't on the list, then they don't move it! Awful service!

I am here to let you know the change with Lowy's Moving Company. After waiting since May 2nd I finally received my last item from them (6/4/15). I guess better late then never! The rep they sent to deliver the item was wonderful! Lowry's give this kid/man a raise. I wish all your workers were like him!

Very Unprofessional movers! We used Lowys to move our office. They were in such a hurry to complete our office move that they damaged many cubicles, file cabinets as well as other office fixtures that were not handled with care. It was more important to them to finish the job fast than to handle our office move with care. In addition, they left our storage area a mess with desks & boxes piled up high and in a total mess. I would not recommend any Company to hire them for a move.
